Call my wife's ex mother in law stating that I was going to jail. When I called him back to see what was going on he was very rude telling me that I was going to go to jail for harassing him for calling him back.

This is a scam.  The guy on the other end says there is a dept that's about to goto to court and if it isn't paid he threatens you with an arrest warrant.    This guy is a scum bag!  

Called me about an ex-sister-in-law using the same verbiage about "emergency contact and that since I did not respond in 10 days to a letter I am going to be processed by the State of Alabama."  Extremely RUDE, total jerk, cut me off several times telling me that he is very busy and doesn't have time for this.

Very rude, calling wrong house i don't even know the person he is trying to reach! Telling me I'm going to jail!
