Non stop calls from morning until night, no idea who they are looking for or what they want, and only shows on Called ID as being from Austin, TX. Getting sick of this fast! Something needs to be done about these idiots!

I keep getting a call from this person leaving messages on my voice mail for a person who doesn't live here and has never lived here. I talked to him once and told him that he has the wrong number and to stop calling. He said that this is the number for the person he is trying to reach. I told him, no it wasn't and has never been.
He also used a different number before and using several different numbers. Also has used different names. Track this guy down and arrest him for harrassment!!

this guy also called me ALL day today. First his name was Dennis Petterson, then Officer Eric Matthews. After calling my job back to back for an hour then stopping he would call my phone the same way for a while then back to my work phone. This went on for 6 hours. My manager finally called the cops after he called 20 times in 25 mintues. the cops came out. After he called 3 times in less then 5 mintues and the cop had me to tell him to stop calling and leave me alone. the 4th time the cop answered the phone. his tune changed really quick. but he does have your whole, real social. he did stop calling. alerts have been put on credit, cops suggestion. we have to report it federal.

He has been calling me non stop for the past two weeks and he threatened that i was going to jail if i didn't pay for some loan i asked him to send me documentation and he said when i pay then he will send me that information ..he said his name was Ryan but he has some Indian or some kinda accent

I have been receiving these calls daily. Now that I have read the other comments, I know EXACTLY how to deal with this do***ebag as soon as his a$$ calls again. NEVER let anyone that calls and threatens you or your family rattle you. They cannot come thru the phone. Place the proper alerts on your credit, banking and if need be, your employment and wash your hands of it. Stand strong, this here is the US of A and we ARE the land of the free and the home of the brave!! TAKE THAT, SCAM ARTISTS!

I received a phone call from this 512-501-3638 at work stating that I took out a loan from USA Advance Cash.  I told him that I did not have any loan with USA Advance and asked him to stop calling me at work.  Then he started to saying the "F" work calling me the "N" and then he hanged.  A couple minutes later, again this person called again asking to speak to my manager, which I told the person to stop calling me at work.  He then said that he will send an police officer to get me arrested and he hanged up the phone.

You are all right! This guy just called my phone and work. He left a nasty messsage on my cell phone and since I recognized the number on my work phone, I didn't pick up, but its only a matter of time before someone else picks up my work phone and he asks for me. What's the federal phone number or website to report this?

I TO HAVE RECIEVED CALLS FROM JUSTIN DAVIS AT WORK AND AT HOME. THEY ARE EXTERMELY NASTY, I HAVE BEEN THREATENED TO BE ARRESTED , FEDERAL CHARGES FILED WHEN I ASK FOR ANY INFORMATION THEY CUSS ME OUT HANG UP. THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING TO BE WITH VCFC. I HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT WITH MY LOCAL AGENCY AND HAVE SOMEONE LOOKING INTO THIS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE AN INDIAN ACCENT AND CONTINUE TO HARASS ME AT HOME AND WORK, THEY WILL STOOP SO LOW AS TO SAY THEY ARE MY HUSBAND, EX HUSBAND OR MY BOYFRIEND. ANY INFORMATION I GET I WILL HAPPILY PASS ALONG THESE GUYS NEED TO BE STOPPED. I KNOW THERE IS A FEDERAL SITE YOU CAN GO TO FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THIS TYPE OF HARASSMENT.

I have them calling me as well. The guy says his name is Eric Thomas and has a foreign accent. He says that he is from Credit Finance Corp as well. I searched for the company on the internet and the only one  I found was one out of Dallas, TX and that is a Property Management business not a loan office. This is a complete scam. If anybody else is receiving these calls, I suggest reporting it and putting something on your credit so they can not use it. As well as your bank account.

I have been getting harrising  phone calls from 512-501-3638.  He say's that he is an officer who has a complaint against me for paying a 500 dollar loan to pay day loan. He then say's he will be sending the police to arrest me on this matter.  We made a report to the police but, he could not do anything so he gave me some no. to call to report it.

Yes there is hope, alert your bosses that you have made a police report, and that it is all a scam, change phone numbers, block number if possible, and alert credit bureau, so that he can't use your credit at all, don't trust and just assume he's not going to attempt to use your credit, make sure he doesn't. I can't believe that there are people like this!!! if I don't put on my blinker to turn, I get pulled over and get a ticket, but... people like this piece of ...can get away with this ? come on, we did some research and found out where this jerk is calling from, (mobile phone) infotelecom,LLc out of travis county austin texas, zip 78701 so there's alittle bit of info if it helps at all, somehow, someway this turkey has got to stop, if he doesn't stop calling, I am going to the attorney generals office, and filing an official report. I am not going to sit back and take anymore of this nonsense..period.

the same number has called me i recommend placing a password on your bank accounts calling the credit bureau and placing a fraud alert and filing a police report. when you file the report give them this website to see your are not alone i did that and the calls have stopped

Justin Davis also called my workplace and when he couldn't reach my extension, he called my secretary!! He told her my name had been given for contact information. I also had a voicemail on my work phone from a foreign person stating that I was under federal investigation and if I didn't return his call I could lose my job, my home, and be in jail!! These people need to be stopped now! Under the fair credit reporting act they are not allowed to call your work. I will be reporting them as well.

this person keep calling all day long saying that i owe some payday cash advance, they cant even speak english at all.

SOME ONE CALLS MY JOB FROM THIS NUMBER AND IT IS HARASSING ME. I NEED MY JOB BUT WILL LOSE IT IF IT KEEPS UP.

n can't speak english, he calls my cell ph and home ph, leaves messages, says that he will send me imformation in the mail,and that i won't be home for christmas, that  i will spending it in jail, what should i do?

These people keep calling and calling and I don't owe them anything whatsoever! I have no clue what they are saying or talking about. I believe it's a scam!

He called me too, when I heard his accent I knew it was a scam, with this fake American name. He said I owed $300 to a pay day loan never had. A scam, he will harrass you until you give up and pay, DONT! I cussed his a** out, until he hung up on me. I called my bank, put alerts on my account,
made a police report, called all 3 credit bureaus, the FTC, Texas Attorney generals office. I called him back informed him of that, I finished cussing his a** out! he hung up again, f"in punk, get that police report/ take to work if he's calling your job, cover your a** and stay strong against this coward, he prays on the weak and elderly . I called him a third and last time threatening his life, reversing the harrasment he inflicts on others, never called back.

This man had an Indian accent and was very rude to my grandmother. He claimed that she was a co-signer on a loan and that she was going to jail for it not being paid. She told him that she did not sign anything, and he said again that she was going to jail. He claimed to be a prosecuting attorney but wouldn't tell her which office he was from. He gave the name of Mike Patterson. He has called several times harrassing her. This person is taking advantage of an elderly person and for that, as well as impersonating an attorney, I hope he goes to prison for a very long time.

they keep calling my place of employment claim i owe money. I have asked them on plenty occassions for documents and the # to the Loan area who they claim i got money from but they refuse to do so stating there is no documents where you signed. Threating to call my employer to get me fired, cursing, leaving messages on my voicemail telling me they are going to send people to my job if i dont return their call. i have kids i dont need this. The guy has a Indian Accent. Please track these people down and put a stop to this. THEY CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING BEING VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE TO MY CO-WORKERS ENOUGH IS ENOUGH THEY ARE GOIN TO GET ME FIRED FOR REAL

My mother has been getting harrassing phone calls from this same number, he claimed his name was Jack Bennett from Payday Loans.  My mom told him he had never got the loan and ended up having to change her phone number because he wouldn't leave her alone and was told there wasn't anything she could do.

Then he preceded to call some friends of the family saying that my mom had listed them as a reference and he cussed them out and said some other inappropriate things to them.

Recently he called my place of work saying that my mom had listed me as a reference and I told him he was not allowed to call me at work; he told me that yes he was.  I told my mananger about this and she told me she would not let him talk to me anymore.  He kept calling and my manager got on the phone with him and told him that he was not allowed to call me at my place of work, he cussed her out as well; and continued calling.  He even stooped so low to tell one of the ladies that answered the phone that I was his girlfriend...hell no.

I figured that the guy would just drop it but somehow he keeps calling people my mom knows and harrassing them as well.

They keep calling my phone and harassing me and I don't even now what there talking about .

Received several emails regarding a defaulted loan received from Instant Cash in the amount of $300.00.  Told them to produce the documents that I signed because I have not borrowed any money.  They sent documents that look authentic until you start reading them.  The document is unsigned and it states that the money is financed by the Republic of Malta. They further sent documents to arrange a payment plan.  The document as ACS written at the top of it.  They ask that it be faxed back to (716) 299-2226.  These people call continuously.  They have called almost every extension at my job trying to get in contact with me, because I ignored their calls and their emails.  At this point I am turning the calls over to Legal Counsel at my place of employment.  Especially since it is a federal agency.
