They use the name Kelly Wilson with me.When they start threatening you just threaten them with the Fraud Division of the Attorney General's office.  They hang up really quickly.

they claim to be an officer and that there is a file against me with cash advance at the time i had a loan out so i took this seriously i paid 150.0 to them after that my loan company called me for a payment i found out they are a fake.

keep getting calls at my work from male named, officer patrick miller.. badge # 24181  claims that he's calling from harris caounty law enforcement...says that i owe money but refuses more detail.. says that he's sending police officers to my work to get me.. very threatening  advised him no personal calls at work... i hung up and notified my supervisor of call

this woman name kelly keeps calling me with an indian accent. telling me the same she is from the federal crimes division and its over a payday loan. I keep yelling at her as loud as I can and asking for her information so I can report her and she keeps trying to talk over me. I told her to quit calling me or else. She calls my job and my boss messes with her to. She will hopefully get the point.

I spoke with the FBI and asked why they couldn't do anything about it and was told that these people are using that "magic jack" and that makes them untraceable. I was advised to ignore the calls and that they would eventually stop calling

u have recieved several calls from this number claiming they are from the Federal Crime Department and that there are claims against my ss#. They threaten to have me arrested but i spoke to the FBI and it is scam was advised that there is nothing to be done about it and to ignore the calls

I just got this call & couldn't understand a single word the woman was saying.  Even after asking her to repeat herself multiple times I just just hung up figuting it was something like this (above).  I want to mess with them, but I just don't have the time.  This world is DOOMED because of people like this.  They probably succeed way more than we'd like to believe...  There's a special place in HELL for people like this.

I received 4 calls with 3 voicemails from this place this morning. Same voice used two separate names within 2 voicemails in a 20 minute period claiming to be an NYPD police officer threatening me.  

   I thought my transmission in my work van was going, so I went to money mutual .com, I never was offered a loan from one of their companies because they are illegal in my state, however in less than 2 weeks, 2000+ spam emails, 300+texts at all hours of the day, and after midnight, as well as calls nearly every 30 minutes.

I agree totally. I have been getting the same harassing calls. The person is unable to give me any detailed information but claims that I owe money. I know that I have not taken out any loans in 2011 and I believe this person is trying to steal people's money. I want to file a claim with the BBB but I am not sure of the company's name....or if there is one.

You should do like I do call them a whole lot and call them low life scammers and hang up

HAHAHA - listen to this...  I gather this is some outsourced collections agency.  I received a voice mail directed to someone else from an Indian guy that said he was from the "Federal Crime Department" investigating a "serious federal crime" and that the suspect providing my name.

You know how TV and comedies often portray foreigners as out of touch with American culture, and that the foreigners only exposure to American culture has been through old John Wayne movies...  Well, the Indian fellow that left the voice mail said his name was, drum roll please, Officer Bruce Banner.  For those who are unfamiliar with BB, Doctor Bruce Banner is the guy who transforms into the Incredible Hulk...

Hilarious, this Indian chap has to think of some American sounding name in an attempt to sound legit, and he uses Officer Bruce Banner!  Love it!

Yup "Officer Christina Richards" has called me numerous time, she even called at my place of employment and left a message with the secretary and I quote "Tell Ms. ______ that if she does not return my call that she will be in extreme legal trouble and the police will come to arrest her."  Of course I was not at work, I work for a hospital, the secretary told her NOT to call and she called back 5 minutes later leaving the same message with another employee, which that in itself is ILLEGAL--I dont care who it is, any corporation upon being told NOT to call place of employment can NOT call there again, NO MATTER what, it is ILLEGAL!!!  Anyway they never say what the issue they are calling about is, Officer Christina Richards is extremely difficult to understand, she has an Arabic or Indian accent and she speaks way too fast and screams into the phone so I could only understand bits and pieces of the message she left on my home phone.  I called the number back and it goes straight to a voicemail that states "this extension is unavailable" I had a friend of mine who is a cop call and leave them a message and he said that the threatening of extreme legal consequences is ILLEGAL--only an attorney on their behalf could make a statement that blatant, not a representative.  It is a scam!!!!!

I got the same phone call today!! Saying my husband borrowed money from a payday advance place and he owes them or he is going to jail.  They say to settle or we have to goto the court house in California with a lawyer. Ridiculous!! I went off on them and they hung up on me several times.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and the guy must have thought I was stupid because the same guy gets on the phone and talks to me saying he is someone else!

Ya got a call to and said that she "kelly" was from the FBI and that I had a federal case pending against me in a miniciple court of law. We of course all know that if a fedral case it goes to the top and not miniciple. It goes to the federal courts. She stated that I had to pay $510 dollars to stay out of jail and that they were coming to get me. She also stated this was my last warning and if I go to jail and court it will cost me $2510 for cost.

Jason Washington keeps calling demanding $850.00. Not gonna happen!!! SCAM!!!

This guy "Officer Richards with an Arabic accent" called my wife, Said he was going to come to my house and take her to jail. And that she borrowed money from some cash advance. Here is what i don't get, At the Dept where i work and i am sure every police Dept across the country, This is called ROBBERY by force or fear. And the guy calls you in advance and leaves you his number. Why doesn't the FBI trace or reverse trace the number and put there boot up this guys %$%^&? The number belongs to someone. The number is 512-502-3639. It don't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Just a call to your local FBI field office that's all, We did and a report was taken. Of all the victims that this guy has called and threatened there are only a very small amount of them calling the FBI and reporting the crime. The more calls they get the more they are forced to do something about it. So don't think that this is an isolated incident.

I heard from them to....Told them I was a cop. They hung up. I keep calling back from different lines at work at let them answer and I just sit there and say nothing. They get really pissed. Tons of fun

Have received numerous calls that are downright harrassing and threatening.  Talks very fast with an accent and is claiming that I borrowed from and promised to pay it back on 5/26/11.  Would not give his name, date of loan or amont of loan.  Claimed he was from US cash advance.  All I know it that there our two numbers. the one listed above as well as 512-503-3603 both of which are in Austin Texas.

Do not give out any cc or banking info to this person - in my opinion he is a crook and bullies people to get at their money.
