J. Michael Price II

This guy just called my husband and told him that if does not pay 4000 to his company by tomorrow then he will be picked up on felony fraud for not paying back a pay day loan. This is total bs and it makes me furious that debt collectors try to use these tactics.

The guy just called me and I told him exacty what he could do with his investigation... I also called the FBI and the woman I spoke with took his name and number and told me she was going to call him and see what he said... It's a scam he obviosly should look into the people before he calls them, I am far from stupid and got smart with him right back.

I had a call today from a William A. Blair claiming I had fraud charges and he works for J Michael Price. When I told him I don't know what he talking about he started getting really smart with me so I told him do what you do. He std if I do not pay 500 then I would have felony charges so I std see you in court...because an officer of the court does not get smart with people.

Mr. William Blair"s call led you to believe that there is a police investigation for someone who you might know, or claim to know you, because they listed you as an emergency contact.  I guess just the last name, which is not rare, but not as common as other in my ethnicity, so he picked our number.  The person he calls for is one of five with the same name in this family/  Made believe that the federal govement is involved.  wished the person that is "a person of interest" in the "investigation" good luck, and request to even speak to her attorney!
