This guy is persistant he calls 3 times a week.
I have read so much on him
I read he has a partner named john belacastro in las vegas where he lives.
I have read the reno news and review wrote a articel on him called are your carpets dirty.
And read some of a blog spot didn t write down that info but wow that was the good one. Sounds like he has pissed off more people than we know of.

Annoying phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

Caller ID says, "Dallas TX 972-863-0925" & guy called a family member to, "verify" my information, called my cell & left a message about, "multiple complaints" (didn't specify what 'complaints', yet said he was an attorney working with the commonwealth of ... LOL, we don't have those where I live!)

This IS a scam & appears, from the info they have, to be connected to a data electronic break-in that was done to a hospital I had been to. This family member's cell has never been used for any other purpose, except for emergencies & for myself to call.

Checked out the phone number & it comes back to a VoIP service that is owned by http://bandwidth.com/

"New Variation on Telephone Collection Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

02/21/12?The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) continues to receive complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. As previously reported in December 2010, the typical payday loan scam involves a caller who claims the victim is delinquent on a payday loan and must make payment to avoid legal consequences.

Callers pose as representatives of the FBI, ?Federal Legislative Department,? various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies and claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, or other Internet check-cashing services. The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment in attempts to obtain payment. The callers refuse to provide information regarding the alleged payday loan or any documentation and become verbally abusive when questioned.

The IC3 has observed variations of this scam in which the caller tells the victim that there are outstanding warrants for the victim?s arrest. The caller claims that the basis of the warrants is non-payment of the underlying loan and/or hacking. If it?s the latter, the caller tells the victim that he or she is wanted for hacking into a business? computer system to steal customer information. The caller will then demand payment via debit/credit card; in other cases, the caller further instructs victims to obtain a prepaid card to cover the payment.

The high-pressure collection tactics used by the fraudsters have also evolved. In one recent complaint, a person posed as a process server and appeared at the victim?s job. In another instance, a phony process server came to a victim?s home. In both cases, after claiming to be serving a court summons, the alleged process server said the victim could avoid going to court if he or she provided a debit card number for repayment of the loan.

If you are contacted by someone who is trying to collect a debt that you do not owe, you should:

Contact your local law enforcement agencies if you feel you are in immediate danger;
Contact your bank(s) and credit card companies;
Contact the three major credit bureaus and request an alert be put on your file;
If you have received a legitimate loan and want to verify that you do not have any outstanding obligation, contact the loan company directly;
File a complaint at www.IC3.gov ."

actually his name IS Jeff Harris- Jeffrey William Harris DOB 1/24/66- he resides in STuart , FL..

This guy is a scam artist. His name is not Jeff Harris. His name is Kevin Calvin.  His date of birth is 04/25/1964. He has a office in irving were he has computers set up to call people about carpet cleaning and such. He claims to be with TCE marketing. He is not.  Would someone please turn this guy in. I to am on the do not call list. But i keep getting calls. His cell number is 530-388-0594. He is in the dallas fort worth metroplex as of now.  I have called and filed on this guy. Would someone please do the same.  Once again this guys name is not Jeff Harris. His name is Kevin J Calvin. D.O.B  is 04/25/1964.  His cell number is 530-388-0594. Please someone help me shut this guy down. He is a scam artist.

I just got a call at 10:38 on 10/2/11.  I am in Southlake, Texas. The caller ID TCE and the phone number was 972-887-3260.  I will file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

Caller ID showed "Tce", they may have somehow used another businesses' number 972-887-3062.  I matched the message with another TCE call report from other area code when I placed "Caller ID TCE" in search term.  Frustrated people have described getting same message content (Jeff Harris cleaning) from a variety of phone numbers on caller id, so blocking calls didn't work.  Others also were on do not call list.

The message left was:  
"Hello! Are your carpets dirty? This is Jeff Harris, the carpet tile and furniture cleaning expert. And for limited time we will clean as many rooms as you like fours low as 9.95 per room. That's right, as low as 9.95 per room. And of course hallways, closets and bathrooms are always free. We are also currently having super cleaning specials on our tile and grout cleaning, and furniture cleaning and our oriental rug cleaning. If you like to hear more about our super cleaning specials or if you like to schedule appointment please call 813-408-7515 . Thank you and have a very nice day"  The original transcription was done by RA posting on July 6, 2011 under notes on phone number 775-348-9720, the number 530-876-6238 at the end of RA?s message.   I suspect some scrabbling of last 4 digits for recognition for caller id display so people cannot easily find notes like these posts.  In RA's post under 775-348-9720, caller id said 1775-348-7297 or 775-348-7093 with same message about carpet cleaning.  See notes for same business by searching 775-348-9720 on this 800Notes website for other suggestions.
