Called three times in three hours, no message no answer.

Going through the same problem as the rest of you,and its a pain in the butt.

I've begun getting call from this number too -- two so far.

Phishing, I guess ... terribly annoying ...

keep getting phone calls from 513-399-5607 - they say nothing.  Called back and a recording answers and says goodbye.

I got a call from this number, 513-399-5607 on Tuesday July 30 2013. When I answered the phone they hung up. Again this morning of July 31, 2013 I get another phone call from this number.  Again I picked up, but I was not so quick hanging up when they did not respond with their hello.  I listened for several moments, it sounded as though their line was cutting in and out, I could hear interference. Finally a woman speaks, and asks me, "Why are you phoning me? Why are you harassing me? I am going to call the police and have you charged with harassment. I said find, you call the police, it was you that called me not once but twice now. It's strange though she knows my name as though she was reading it off her call display. I am legally blind and have a program on my computer that screens all incoming calls that I get.  Before her phone number is, a series of numbers V73016434400003. Does anyone know what this refers to?  I have a funny feeling this is not the last time I will be hearing from this phone number. I hope the cops do show up at my door so I can tell them what she is doing, and it's obvious now it's not just to me, but as I can see a few others here on this blog.
The 513 area code shows this call is coming from Ohio USA.

I have gotten 3 calls within the last hour from this number. I let it go to voicemail, as I don't know the number. No message, they just keep calling back. STOP CALLING ME or leave a message.
