OMG I called this number, and they hung up on me twice!!

i am getting 10 - 15 calls a day
no messages left they start before 8 am and call 1 tp 2 times an hour at least until at least 9PM 7 days a week.
I AM SICK OF IT.

I've been receiving calls from this number as well as 727-556-7300. I have not answered either call. Both call at least a half a dozen times a day on my cell phone. I read everyone's comments and thought, maybe my Macy's bill wasn't paid. Nope. I just checked. I'm not late. Matter of fact, I scheduled a payment over a week ago for my due date which is still not for another 4 days!! I went online and paid the bill early anyways just to see if the calls stop. I will keep you posted if they do or don't. This is harassment to say the least. I may just close the account all together. Ridiculous.

They have been calling me from this number, and also from a Florida area code for a month or longer. In the last 2 weeks, I've started getting text messages from a 513 number saying "Hey, call me", and "What's up buddy?". If you ask me, this is harassment. I know it's them because I don't know anyone from this area code, and I've talks to others with similar experiences. I answere one of the first times they called, and they said they were Macy's collections. This seems to be a recurring theme they use when talking to others who are being harassed, as well. The annoying phone calls were one thing, but the text messages just make me feel exploited! It's downright scary. I wish there was something I could do. Outside I changing my phone number, I don't have a clue...and I feel helpless. They call up to 10 times a day, even on Sundays. Te texts are usually twice per day. I recently downloaded a call recorder, and will be answering to see of they talk and recording everything that Is said. I will not give out any info, and I'm saving all texts and numbers they call from. My mother is an attorney, and I have an uncle who is a judge. I'll be consulting them on this matter, and continue saving and recording texts and calls from them. That's all I know to do for now. If they try anything else that pushes the limits...I WILL use legal action. I honestly don't know what else to do.

Actually, this is a Macy's account service for when people miss a payment their credit account.--- I went to Macy's online and asked through their chat program, and indeed I owed $$

i'm getting calls from both of these as well, and have been for the past week now.

no voicemails left at all.  i've been missing the calls because they've been during business hours, and, well, I work.

i will be contacting Macys later today to complain.

This number & 2 other numbers keep callin....lately the Ohio number, from the other posts that I see who have been getting calls from this land line, that it's obviously someone 'phishing' for info on people I want it blocked!!!

Received a call from 513-754-9852 @ 4:28 PM.  Caller ID displays as 'Unknown Name'. although  http://www.spokeo.com/513-573-telemarketers  indicates it?s a telemarketer for Macy?s that also makes calls from  513-573-8031 / 8038.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If the call is important or legit, the caller would leave a message. This caller will leave no message or hangs-up before going to voice-mail.  This is annoying and unwanted RoboCall / Telemarketer that could possibly be involved Interstate Fraud (via communication/electronic device by United Telephone Company of Ohio service provider).  I?m tempted to file a law suit against the carrier ? United Telephone Company of Ohio, for allowing this Robocall / Telemarketer to violate and abuse the National FTC DO NOT CALL List They keep calling me despite being registered with the FTC National Do Not Call List.

I just purchased & activated a Tracfone and recieved a call as werll, from this same "knucklehead"!

I called the number back today. It is a COLLECTION AGENCY. They call ever day 3-5 times a day and not leave any message. I have 1 credit card and everything is fine with them. I am calling the telephone company and add the feature where you can BLOCK up to 10 random people on your list that you program into a landline phone.

OK, I just answered the call from 513-754-9852 on my office phone. They had called my cell twice before this morning. It was Macy's saying that I missed my deadline for my August payment and they wanted to let me know and to see if everything was ok.
It was a good thing too because I sent a check, they just haven't received it yet. She noted that in my account.

it happened to me today.  It is very simple just go to your voice mail, features and add the phone number you want to block.  In addition, go to do not call gov. and submit a complaint.

I'm a Bad A** Firemen of Scottdale, Pa. I told that Bi*** to Blow Me!!!   My Boyfriend Robert Slate was too busy to give me my B.J. this morning. So i have to call that number again. To tell them OFF again. But i got to busy  w/Robert  Man!  He got my Balls Sore......Baby!

Everyone needs to flood Macy's with email and phone calls.  Let them do the investigating as this company is the one getting all the bad PR.

I agree and besides that, it is not very proffesional or ethical to have a billing service for such a repital company such as Macy's. I would have expected a much different approach... oh well! Still good for the one day sales :)

These people began calling my company's fax machine today.  Obviously they have made some sort of mistake.  I am a one person business and I do not have a Macy's account.  The number they are calling has been my fax machine number for over 15 years.

Please I don't want you to keep calling me at my work asking me. My manager told me not to get any personal call coz you guys are bothering the business. I don't really want you to be calling me "At All" at my work. I really appreciated if you do so, thanks

This number is calling me at work and when the calls get transfer they hang up.  Concerned.

This number has repeatedly harassed us for the past many many months.  They stopped for a while when I finally reached someone and told them not to call. But now no one answers or the person asks about an account.  It is reported to be Macy's. I want it to stop!

Keeps calling my cellphone!!!!! nonstop!
