The cell phone is from a house on McKinley Avenue, Des Moines IOWA. I submitted a complaint to the local police and the government. It is a scammer. They want your credit card information. I am so sick of the calls. Now with the calls from mobile phones it is impossible to block them

Called about reducing credit card debt. Major scam. I no longer have any credit cards. Paid and cancelled them all. Hung up on me when requested to be removed from calling list.
