They started calling  my phone  3 days ago. R they using the name robert  jacobs ? this is deffinately a scam.

These people have called our business all afternoon looking for an employee that no longer works here.  They insist I call their supervisor and tell him that the employee no longer is here.  The man on the phone said his name is Sam Nelson and has called us horrible names.  We finally just kept hanging up on him until he stopped calling. I tried to call back this number to speak to the supervisor, Casper Watson and the phone rings and rings and they I get a tone.

On 10-31-2012 An Indian man called my cell phone indicating he was investigating a very serious matter regarding problems with my social security number.  This same man began call my job Monday 10/29/2012 to the point of harrassment.  One call was from NY, one from Texas and so many others we couldn't keep track.  The switch board operaters are beside themselves as to what to do.  There were 30 calls yesterday alone.  It's embarrassing.  He is claiming to be from a Cash Advance Company, yet when checking with the Cash Advance company, they don't know who this man is.  He is rude and his language is obscene.... He / They need to be stopped.

I kept getting calls from a company stating they were offering me a cash advance first... funny thing is they had the wrong info all the way around. I am not stupid so I falsified information. I decided I didn't want to pllay anymore and decided to hang up on them and state I wasn't interested. A couple of days went by and I guess they thought I forgot or something.. they called today 10-31-12 and asked for me (well partially they only had half of my REAL last name--dummies) and I knew it was a scam.... I told them I wasn't interested and hung up. I then got another phone call and they told me I was under investigation and a lawsuit was filed against me. So I started asking questions and the man could not answer me so he hung up. Then he called right back and acted like I hung up on him. The original call was from Florida and this one New York. I filed a complaint with the BBB online. I got about 12 phone calls today, The man was rude and just plain disrespectful to me and my mom--he told my mom to "shut up b***h!" We both threatened him with lawsuits if they called again... I am very disappointed that our world has come to this... very disturbing. Just can't trust anyone anymore.... smh...

These people are calling 100+ times asking for someone who doesn't own my phone then asking for my information. Umm no? Then threatened to take out "87 loans in my name" I recorded the phone call I was being called a bi*** and they kept saying to suck there dick... I'm sure this is a SCAM if its not your still not going to get money talking to people that way... They say they are from ACE cash advanced I called ACE they have no clue who these people are. So I blocked there number.

they called our business line 40xs so far this morning asking for an employee who we tell them isn't here. they threaten, they yell, cuss saying they are from a collection dept in a law firm in Averill Park, NY. It is a foreign lady saying she is Sam Nelson. She calls every 15 seconds...in fact, she is calling right now.

They are calling me Several times a day When i called them they were legitimate and they are from the cash advance and they have given me the receipt which i have asked for with no due certificate and know  I am assure that i am out from this legal stuff

YES I MADE THE PAYMENT THRU CLAYTON PETERSON..AND HE IS AFFIDEVIT PROCCCESSOR ..ND I GOT MY RECEIPT ND EMAIL CONFORMATION...THEN HOW U OL ARE SAYING LIKE THIS.. FOR ANY ORGANISATION ...ITS AGAINST LAW...

Are they real? They have been calling me and I have no idea about what they are talking about.

These people will drive you CRAZY and curse you out - I played the game then it got ugly.....don't let them win.
