Some one named Anthony called Sept 12/11@ 3:00 p.m. stated that I won a Vacation package to Florida and Bahamas then connected another person asked me my Credit card number I hanged the phone on him.

I got a phone call from an enthusiastic guy.  He said I won a trip to Florida and the Bahamas.  What freaked me out is that he knew I was married, and about a credit card that I had.  I just hung up the phone.  I don't know how he got that information, especially since I would never, ever give that information out on a contest form.  Kinda scary.

I just ignored and didn't bother answer, coz it's long distance, lol

You did give your authorization as soon as you gave them your cc number and information. That money is as good as gone. I hope you won't do that again.

i got this call from this no and they said u won a trip to florida and they charged me 450dollars of my credit card without my full authoraziation and i come to kjnow its a fraud company and i didnt anything in mail and no mails my my mail box alos.
i just want to know how to get back my money and to cancel the transcation...
plz help me out...so i can help other people who will not fall in this trap...

LOL, they called me at a number that is not listed, and only 2 people have (my mom and the police)... now that is tricky! how did they get the number other than the telco company selling the number ... hopefully not.

I got the call too from an over enthusiastic male and female... when I hung up they phoned back twice...

I got that call today. The lady said her name was Amber and she's at some Hotmail place.

She was all like, "You won a trip to Florida! Welcome aboard! Now don't get too excited. We must confirm your info." She also said something about Universal Studios or something?

Then she started saying my email and name and I thought to myself, "Huh?" because I didn't know how she found my number...

Anyways, she then said, "Oh, your email says you are married? What's your spouse's name?" which she says to everyone, even those who don't say that they are married!

I just hung up, but started regretting it, thinking "Aw, I should have stayed on the phone to go to Florida!"

However, after finding out the number and researching it, it must be a scam...

They have been calling me with the same "florida" scam, but they won't stop calling even thought i've told them I am not interested! They call 4 + times a day, everyday. Really aggrivating!!!

i got  a call about the trip as well on my work phone which no one knows the number, they kept asking me what my wifes name was,  " you won a trip and whats your wifes name"   thats a little scary.

I too am on the Do Not Call list and it is active until 2014 so I don't know why these calls keep coming.  It's been really bad this week, 4 calls in 3 days.  Apparently, I entered a contest to win a trip somewhere.  They do ask for you by name, but then it runs a recording! I'm just sick of it.  You cannot even ask to be taken off their list as the recording cuts in immedately.  What more can be done!???

got a call from the above number did not answer and I am on the list that was set up couple years ago.  Do not call list forget the exact name of it that the government set up.  I do not want anymore calls from them.  There is no reason for them to call me anyway have no association with skype never have and I don't want any association.
