My neice received msgs from this number as well. It started out saying that they wanted to get to know her better and got more vulgar from there .. Someone we know called this number and a 13 year old girl answered .. I think someones phone has been hacked .. I do know that 519 is a London/Kitchener/Waterloo Ontario area code ..

He has sent me disturbing messages too

myself and a co-worker both recieved a picture from this number and many gross messages, and neither of us know the number.
