I got a call today at 3:11 I am in PA Near Pittsburgh, call back and its busy, I did not answer

Yeah I just got a call from this number too and it just beeps when you try to call it back how annoying

I received a call from this number on my PA cell phone.  I didn't answer, was on another call.  I called back from cell and landline and got a fast busy signal.

I received that same call, but I did not pick up. Unfortunately it was a scramble call, which means, they called to scramble your thoughts. However, there is nothing to worry about I am on the case.

I'm in PA.  Got a call on July 22 at 3:02 pm while in a meeting.  I accidentally answered it instead of muting; sounded like a robo call.

Add me to the list.  Who do these scams work on?   Mine is a central Indiana phone number.

received call on my cell at 3:16 pm.  called back and got full mailbox response or busy signal, too.

They called my cell but it just hung up. I suspect some kinda scam/phishing.

Our Iphone says it's a Tucson Arizona number.

We're in Pennsylvania and just got the call at 9:01 PM on July 22nd. When tried to call back said inbox was full. We answered and got a recording about lowering the credit score, listened to the whole thing and then it said "Press 1 to speak with someone" when we pressed one a man named "Bill" answered, when asked how he got the number he simply hung up.

they just called me too! isn't it illegal for telemarketers to call you after 6 pm? where did they get my number?

my 12 year old got a call from this number on her cell :( didn't answer...we're in Oregon

NY: A little bit of research indicates that is most likely a scam. Prerecorded "Heather" at "card services" from an unspecified financial institution told me I could cut my interest rate in half.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer it since I didn't recognize it. Glad I didn't.

Got it here in indiana too, last nite at 7:50 PM.   I'm on a pay as you go cellphone.

This number came up on my cell phone last night.  I called back and it went straight to voicemail; the mailbox was full.

I've gotten this call twice already. The first time was on my 18th birthday, and the second time was roughly 7 minutes ago, at 8:20 PM. They seem to only call at intervals of 10 minutes, as I've been noticing. It's annoying me and it's making me mad.

Got a call on my work cell - a recording saying it was "card services" and to push 1 if I wanted to lower my interest rates - hung up.  Nobody has this number but people at work.  Has to be a scam.

Got the same call at 7:50pm on my cell and then like a minute later got one on my wifes cell, answered phone but got nothing, just silence. No Messages or anything.... I have verizon wireless, do you think they gave the numbers out, just weird both me and my wife got the same call, and she also got 520-309-1268 last nigh with no message.

Just got the call in Richmond, VA...very odd.

Just got the call 5 min ago. Didnt pick up like normal with #s i dont know? If its a scammer Ill be sure to pick it up and press one next time.. Give em an earfull and take out some anger :)

I'm in PA and missed a call from 520-309-5680 around 6 PM Eastern today, no voice mail left.  Twice I tried to call back and got a fast busy signal.

This thousand block, 520-309-5xxx, is owned by New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T Wireless) in the area of Tucson, AZ.

Considering this is from a cell phone exchange and they've refused to answer questions for others, it's almost assuredly a scam.

I answered and it is an automated call sating they can lower your credit card interest rates. YEAH RIGHT!! I have perfect credit for 15 years and none of the banks are willing to lower anything (i tried), unless I close the card. It's a scam.

We got the call too, but they hung up b-4 we could answer. I tried calling back & it was busy. Glad to know what it is...but I don't know how they got my #. Probably a "random dialing system."
