Just got a call on my cell phone from this number.  Luckily I don't answer calls that aren't in my phone already.  I hate that these people can obtain our cell numbers and call them now.

I just received a call on my work cell from numnuts at 520-519-9832. I played along and pressed "1" to listen to their spiel. Some fast talking jack*** came on and told me they were with "Account Services" and since I have been making my credit card payements on time, they assist people in lowering their interest rate when it is higher than 13.9%. I told him that I do not have an interest rate higher than 13.9%, so how did they get me number? He gave me some bu***hit analogy and then hung up. I would love to have a button to push on my phone that would destroy the other line it it was determined to be a piece of crap phisher!

got a call from this number, i missed it. When i returned the call it says 'cannot accept incoming calls...SCAMMERS! I thought its important. beware

I just got a call from this number.  My cell phone number is new and I haven't given it to anyone. How do these guys get your number.  I don't have unlimited calling so I sure don't like them using my phone time. They said something about my credit card account.

I too received a call from thing number. Lucky for me my non-contact numbers(numbers I don,t have in my contacts) have a "no ring" option on my phone. Being a local number I did try to return the call, but was told that "the subscriber to this phone does not receive any incoming calls".

So i was curious and here I am.

I received a call also on my cell phone.  I didn't pick up either since I did not recognize this number.  I only give my cell phone number out to friends, so it just baffles me as to how they called my cell.  I'm in NJ.

I got a call too. didn't attend and didn't attempt to call back after reading the comments here.

Its a scam and since they won't give you the real name of the company they are breaking the law.

Same exact voicemail they left me.

just got this call on my cell phone also - officially the first scam call i've received on this number, which is new to me since 2009.  
didn't answer, got no voicemail, and thanks to this site, i'm not worried about it who i may have missed talking to, nor am i calling them back!

I just got this call but didn't answer it. I've had this cell # for a month. First time they called though.

Got this call on my work cell phone, recording that said the following:

This call is in reference to your current credit card account. There are no problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6.9% your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice press the number one on your telephone now to speak with a live operator to lower your interest rates.

No company name provided.  I didn't press 1 I just waited to see if someone would come on the line or if there would be an automated menu that would explain what company this was, but it disconnected automatically after about 5 seconds.

I called back and as others have mentioned, they don't accept incoming calls.

I have gotten a few calls from this number. So this time I answered and pushed "1".  When a gal picked up I asked her which company she was with. They are a third part company saying they will contact your credit card company for you and get them to lower you interest rate if you give them your info. I told her I was not interested and wished to be taken off their call list and the lady hung up on me. WOW, I thought if you asked to be taken off their call list they had to do it??

I also got a call from phone number 520*519*9832 on Aug 30th, 2010 at 1:53pm.  I didnt answer it because I didnt recognize the number and when I tried to call it back, I got a recording saying that they do not accept incoming calls

I also received a call from 520-519-9832 on my cell wich is a new #, i answered and there was nobody on the other line so I hunged up. Be aware!!!!

Just got the same call from 520-519-9832 - didn't answer but called back from my land line and got a message that the number was not receiving incoming calls.

so check it out some idiot calls me from this number saying i owe money for a loan that's a joke i know i dont !!! then he calls back and a co-worker answers my phone and he tells her she sounds sexy!!! MMM now what kind of a bill collector tells you that you sound sexy?!!!!!!

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. Missed the call, so I tried calling back because I used to live in AZ and it is a AZ area code. Says at the subscribers request it doesn't accept incoming calls. So who knows who it is?

I just got a call from this number and did not answer as I have a very expensive cell phone.  I saw on the internet that it is a landline and is in Tuscon Az.  in Pima county.   Hung up before it could leave message as it cost me one dollar for a message to be left.

when i answered a call from this number i was prompted with an offer to lower the interest rate on my credit card by pressing "1". i assume it was a phishing scam

Just got this call. I almost answered because my dad lives in that area code. But I did not recognize the number--so I did not answer. I tried to call it back and it said that the number did not accept incoming calls. BEWARE!!

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AS WELL. I DID NOT ANSWER IT. I DIDNT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER SO I CALLED IT BACK AND IT SAID THIS CARRIER HAS CHOSEN NOT TO RECIEVE INCOMING CALLS. SO IT MUST BE A TELEMARKETER OR SCAM.
