Prank Call
Got a bunch of calls.  1st time I called back (thought it might be a friend in AZ) no answer.  Number called me back.  Said something about being Microsoft support.  Told him I didn't have an MS computer and hung up.  Number has now called me back 5 times.  Never answer.  Put it on blocked callers list.

SCAM - they scammed $2200+ from my elderly mother.  These people are a nightmare ? ruthless and RELENTLESS!  They call and tell you they are either from MICROSOFT or WINDOWS.  Details: Mom WAS having computer problems when they called and she thought they would help her.  They started by telling her for $450 she could have all her computer problems go away and when that didn't fly, they "knocked it down to $159" and Mom gave them her Debit Card Info - they immediately charged her card.  Mom didn't know what was happening so she called her bank and they stopped the card.  Not putting 2&2 together, they called again and told her she was hacked, and she followed their instructions pressing keys to get into her computer remotely.  They got all her personal info from the VA, bank account info, personal details, and her email address books, etc.  When they found that they couldn't charge her card anymore, THEY CALLED BACK AND SAID THAT THEY OVERCHARGED HER, AND NEEDED TO PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO HER (NEW) ACCOUNT - being elderly, she gave them her PayPal Debit Card - WHAT A NIGHTMARE - THEY GOT $2200 IN THREE DAYS.  PP did put it back (thank God!). That was over a year ago ... they are still calling her to this day with different rouses.  She now tells them "I can't hear you, I don't understand you - speak English, wait just a minute" ... then puts the phone down, checking periodically to keep them on the phone as long as possible before they curse her and hang up on her ... Mom thinks if she can stall them as long as possible, that is one less person they can call in their SCAMMER DAY!  THESE PEOPLE ARE RUTHLESS!

I got a call at 6:41 4/1  This was the second call from them.  Both times I told  them they were nothing but
but a scam and not to call back again.

Had one from New York or New Jersey area {I forget which} a few months ago.   That was a big one.  A lot of different phone

numbers and a lot of different people. All of them were about something wrong with the computer

This number calls me every month. My ID caller says Tucson AZ. Its always about computer maintenance and I believe its scammers. I dialed *69 (which I paid for) to get the number. When I dial back I get a 'not in service' recording.
It may be time to start tracing these calls via the local phone company so that the feds can catch these people. Scammers are threats to people because they are trying to scam us out of our money. Your phone company has a way to trace a call. You can dial the number they provide after a scam call. You should get a recording that its traced but you will not know anything about it. After a certain number of traces the calls can be considered abuse, harassment, perhaps even stalking. Might be the only way to stop the scams and all the repeated calls.

520-877-3528 Foreigner male called 3 days ago. Go angry when I made him repeat himself over and over again. I told him I would not go to my computer for him. He lowered his voice and asked if I could hear him. I said yes. He then said I was a b@*#% and when I laughed he called me a Mother F+#^*#.
Calls have come in daily since. Last one was tonight at 1015 pm.
Have fun with them if you have opportunity. The longer they are on line the less they can call others.

Received call at 10:47 PM on 3/14.  Caller ID said Tucson, AZ  I answered call with, "Is this an emergency?"  I exchanged a couple of "Hellos" with a woman who then hung up on me.  My phone number is registered with the do not call list.

I got a call this morning @ 7:54...I told him it'd better be an emergency calling this early. He said it was, and my computer kept sending back ~error~ messages. Supposedly I had a new virus that had to be taken care of ASAP. Then asked if it was my account so he could access it. I told him if he knew where to call he knew who's name was on the account. He wouldn't let up, so I hung up!

Man with a foreign accent called on 2/21/2014. Wanted to talk about my "Windows computer."  Caller ID indicated the caller was in Tucson, AZ. Answered because I have friends in the Tucson area, but hung up immediately. On 2/24/2014 had another call from the same number, which I did not answer.
