I got a call this morning from a woman claiming to be contracted with Wyndam regarding selling a condo.  She stated that they had been given a list of owners who might want to sell their condo and that due to owners walking away from their contracts the fees were going up for everyone.  She stated they would be able to sell the condo.  If it didn't sell there would be no cost to me.  I asked what would the cost be if it sold.  She would not answer directly but insisted she had to do the spiel and that she didn't like my attitude.  I said I was very simple minded and I needed to know what the cost would be for me.  She got more agressive and called me a b***h and said I had ruined what had started out as a good day and hung up.  Wyndham denied contracting with anyone, that their security had been breached and there was an internal investigatiion.  I reported to event to the Grass Valley Chamber of Commerce.  I called the BBB who referred me to the FCC who referred me to the FTC who are filing the complaint.  I will be calling the State Attorney General's consumer division.  There are unscrupulous Time Share Brokers in existence.  Wyndham doesn't sell owners' condos.  There is on line an owner to owner trading of credits.  Beware of such intimidating calls; they are not valid.
