Strange call.  You cannot call the number back.  Does anyone know who this number belongs to?

Same thing here this call is coming at my home and work..
Who is it?

My family & I don't think we even answered this call, & there's no message on the machine. When I did a search on 411.com it said this wasn't a valid number. Trying to call it resulted in an automated message that my call could not be completed as dialed. Tried again & it said the call did not go through, please try again.

My caller ID showed a call from this (540)173-2864 yesterday (August 18th).  My guess is it's a telemarketer since they rarely ever leave a voice message.

I received a call on both of my house lines this morning from this number. No voice message. The number appears to be invalid when I try to call back.

I got a call from this number this morning, I am assuming that it is a telemarketer, but it is suspicious how they didn't leave a message. Its probably something stupid

I got a call from 540-173-2864 without any message left; and when I called the number back, no one answered. Can someone help to identify this number?

We get these calls every once in a while. It's probably one of those places pretending to be a survey company like the Texas twits 817-302-0293. They started at about the same time. No, 173 is not a valid NXX, they start at 201.
