So Mr. White (Heavy Indian Accent)is a scammer after all! He claimed to be able to get me government grants but I would need to pay him 100.00 for processing! Really Sir do you actually think I will give you my info over the phone, my husband doesnt even have my card number! He called from 714-249-1105, several times says he needs my payment by 6pm to file for my grant. SCAM SCAM SCAM

These do***ebag are calling me with indian accent and threatening me with arrest if I don't pay up. Loan that I didn't  get 785.00 & 250.00. The number are 217-960-3324 and 540-322-4965. I file complaint with FTC. HOPE THAT WILL STOP THEM FROM CALLING ME.

I recieved a threatening telephone call from this telephone number today.  The same person contacted me from 7063224965.  He states that his name is David Smith, but has a heavy indian accent.  He indicated that I am going to be arrested for owing money to the government and if I did not pay that my family and I would.  There was a lot of television noise in the background.  This person is calling my job.

I received a call from this number today and they guy told me that if I didn't pay this money that I didn't owe that my children were going to pay for it. He told me all of my information, I didn't tell him anything. Then I told him he was a fraud and we got into an argument and there was swearing going on, then he hung up saying good bye fuc*er.... DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL AT ALL!!!!!!!

I have received 3 phone calls on my cell phone from a guy named Jufren Grey stating that I had took out a loan for 300 dollars from cash america. I keep trying to tell him over and over that I did not and I even pulled up my bank statement and there is nothing on it showing that I recieved a 300 dollar loan from cash america.

I recieved a call from this today, stating I had a loan that the company was filing a law suit against me.  Then when I said I didnt know what they were talking about, the guy acted like I was in big trouble and transfered me to another person (pressed a bunch of numbers in my ear).  There was alot of background was noise.  They stated the last 4 of my social, and when I started getting pissed and firing back pretty much told them I wasnt going to pay them because I didnt know what the hell they were talking about.  the dude said he was my father ( literally said that) so I told him he owes me child support haha.  He hung up on me, I kinda hope he calls back.

Received call on my cell phone 6/7/12 at 12:30 p.m. from Alex Foster.I have received 2 phone calls from 540-322-4965 on my cell phone in the past couple of months. Did not answer but he left very threating voicemails stating he worked for the State Investigation Department and I was to be arrested at my home by the end of the day if I didn't call back & supply some info he needed. Said  he was sorry about my luck and for God to have mercy on me.Refused to give a company name. He had a very thick accent therefore I couldn't understand alot of things he said. The area code (540) he called from is used in the northeastern part of Virginia. Lots of background noise as if there alot of people in a home, not your ususal "office cubical" noise. Called back today and he became very angry when I qsked him to repeat himself becasue I couldn't understand him, He hung up on me. Guess the lack of communication was due to his thick "Idian" accent and my VERY thick southern accent.

I have been receiving this same phone call. The man has called from 3 different #'s, one of them local to my small town Indiana address, but all with the same message. Several different names have been used as well, but same voice, same accent, same loud background noise and each with various threatening messages. I have saved all messages he has left on my voicemails at home, work and cell numbers. he claims there is a lawsuit against my name, has threatened that I would be arrested in 2 days if I don't call him back and swears I'm in a LOT of trouble. My husband spoke to him once and told him that I had saved all his messages and am contacting the Federal Trade Commision. He promptly told my husband that he would come and kick his a$$! He has not called since. Do yourself a favor and report this # and every # he has called you from to the Federal Trade Commission. He claims to be an attorney. Ask him for his state bar I.D. # and your lawyer needs it so he can contact him. If he were indeed an attorney, he would have legal means with which to obtain the information he is seeking, which include things such as suppeneas and written legal paperwork. Ask him for written copy of the accusations he is making against you. SCAMMER! SCAMMER! SCAMMER!

I got a call from this number saying I got a loan and never paid it back and on monday im going to jail becAuse I never paid and that I will have warrent for my arrest

I received a telephone call from a Gentleman i dont know his name   and he called my job.  Tfhis is a scam and I told him I was going to report them to the police.  Needless to say we got into an argument and he told me to be on the lok out to get arrested if I did not pay him 650.00 in restitution.  Balony!!!!!!  I hung up.

I have received calls  for 5403224965 said his name Edward White. He left several voicemails on my home phone and cell phone.  He said that I was going to be arrested.   He also used this number 9013081496.  He had my SS# and my home address.

I have received 2 phone calls from 540-322-4965 on my cell phone and 4 on my work phone. Did not answer but he left very threating voicemails stating his name was Dave Henry and he worked for the State Investigation Department. He had my SS# and my home address. He then said that my SS # had been blacklisted and I was to be arrested at my home by the end of the day and he was sorry about my luck. Never gave a company name and I am not phoning the number back to get any answers from him.

These people keep calling my home also telling me and my husband that we will be arrested if we didn't pay thm money we owe them from a loan... First of all i have never gotten a loan and second I do not have a checking or savings account... There a bunch of a$$'s trying to scam us americans....

I've received several phone calls from this person under several different names and several different phone numbers over the past few months. Clearly he is attempting to scam people. Always the same accent.

I keep receiving messages from this number and the person calling  would say that his name was alex foster,edward white or a detective investigating me he had an indian accent aswell and he threatened my life told me that my life was in danger and that the police was gonna come to my house and arrest me if i didnt pay them. this scared me really bad so i told the police about this.

I keep receiving messages from this number.  The latest one was this afternoon - a call from Edward White.  He and all the others have a heavy Indian accent.  All of the calls received from this number say the same thing.  They say I have a lawsuit filed against me and that I'm in serious trouble.  Then they wish me luck.  Unfortunately these are coming in on my work phone so I can't block the calls.  All of this has happened since I made the mistake of applying for a payday loan online.  I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC.

I recieved a few different calls - Ive had a call from a Alex Foster & a Michael Wilson BOTH with accents & @one point in time they had a TV on in the back ground. Oh yes - threats, knew my address, my cell # (obviously) & wanted me to verifry the last of my SS#. - report it to your credit agrency. & block the call.

They keep calling me, saying i owe them money and i'm running out of time.

Just received a call from this moron stating his name was Alex Foster and from what little I could comprehend due to his accent, he stated he was from the State Criminal Organization and that I would be arrested on Friday at my residence, he had the address, if I didn't call him right away and that there would be no one to help me.  This is stupid and insulting and the biggest grievance I have is that I have zero outlets to stop this harassment!  I called the Los Angeles FBI Field Office and logged a complaint but they stated regretfully that their is not much I can do about the calls outside of blocking them.  At this point, I would welcome a visit from one of their "Represnetatives" so that I can have a talk with them face to face...

I just received a similar call from this number.  He said I had a lawsuit against me and he asked me to verify the last for of my social security number.

Received a phone call from 540-322-4965 stating that I should contact an Eric Foster regarding a lawsuit filed against me otherwise I will be arrested on March 16th.

Im getting calls from this number stating that I owe some money to cash advance america.
