I'm getting it from 205-987-5643. They hang up every time I answer and when I call the number back it goes to a disconnected message.

Called at 7:20 p.m. I didn't answer. Someone from either 555-987-6543 or 555-000-0000 has been calling every night this week. They don't leave a message. Credit card scam? Likely.

About 8:30 PM 1.18.2010: An unfamiliar number, such as I no longer answer to. No idea who or why.

I was called by this number 5 times last night.  I believe that to be total Harassment!!  They called from 5:30pm until 8:30 pm.  I love how they call during the busiest time of the night!  I would love to call them back 5 times while they are having dinner with their families and dealing with sick kids!!! if you want to call once fine,  I can deal with that but 5 times in a 3 hour period.  Get for real and get a different job or life. Please don't ever call here again!

DEAD AIR

Just got a call from 555-987-6543 only to be hung upon as soon as I answered it.  It had rang 3 times before I gave in to answer it, but there wasn't anyone on the other end.  What's going on??????

Received a call from 987-6543 and an automated message stated this was a Railroad Federal Credit Union.

I guess I'm not the only ones getting these annoying calls. I do not answer ANY phone calls that are not from my friends or my docs office. They are either looking to see if anyone is home so they can rip you off or begging for money. Charity begins at home.

Called 4 times yesterday and last week no message left on machine.  Somtimes calls duing dinner time.  I have signed up to be on the no call list how does this happen?

I'm in Colorado....I've never answered the phone with this number.
Generally, I don't answer any calls that say Unknown Caller.  If they
leave a message, I see it as more legit, and my choice to call back.
How come we can't register on DNC list?

I have been getting this call all day today and no one is there and I am from Illinois.

For the past few days this number (555-987-6543) call my home multiple times and when I said hello no one answers on the other line,then they hangup.  I tried to call this number back but I got a message saying that my call cannot be completed as dialed please check the number and dial your call again.

They call I answer and there no one seems to be on the other end of the line.  it may be a scam, not sure.  This is what I did today.

got a call at tenpm calles back number was said to be dicontnected right

Started calling 2 days ago.  First day received 3 calls.  Yesterday received about 5 calls.  And today, it just started again, and counting.  I don't answer out of area calls, so the answering machine picks them up.  And....they keep calling back.  ANNOYING!!!!!  Wondering when they will get a clue, and stop calling

Called 1/6/10 at 9:15pm.  Wanted us to take a Research Survey?  Asked her what time it was where she was?  She said 6:15pm (West Coast).  Told her it was after 9pm on the East Coast.  She didn't seem to care.

i am also from oakland and i've received numerous calls from this number.  the first time i picked up, a man said he was from some company and wanted to take a survey about people from oakland, but i said i was too busy.  since then, they've called at least once a day, but everytime i pick up they hang up too.

the company is CCI and they will not answer who they are doing the survey for...bet its some politician in DuPage County, all they can say is that who they work for is confidential. asked for supervisor & told him to never call my number again,nothing shows up on caller ID-
