This number is a prank call service. if you answer it will be a prank call from of of your "friends". listened to the message when called back. sounds like a scam to me

Wanted to know who owns this phone number.

Its a violation to play pratical jokes like this I am sure. They call then hang up.
I have heard spyware can be sent to  your phone like this to spy on who ever you call .

Call came in at 10:28 a.m. from "Tulare, CA."  Rang once, no message.

called it back and got a "please wait while we contact your party" and then it went to a commercial for how to spice up my love life.

Received a call at 6pm from "Tulare, CA"  on my cell which is on the FTC Do Not Call Registry. Phone rang twice and then showed as a missed call.

Just got two today - no message, and when you try to text back, it's an "invalid" cell number.

It's a sex/ love spam line.

I did a map search of that address and the map put me on a street next to N I St. There's no such address.

Showed missed call on my cell...it never rang.

Got a call on my cell today.  When I tried to answer, I got "call failed".

Just had cell phone ring & ring about 6:30 tonight...did not answer..

You can look it up in Google Maps street view. It's just a random house.

Called. No VM. Don't know who or why they called.

it's spam about how to find love or something

My fiancé received a call from this number this evening, it rang once and hang up. We called back and it was a "love" line.

Just got a call on my cell. No message..

Came in on my cell.   Didn't leave a message.  I didn't hear the call come in so it showed up as a missed call.  Call came in at 9:15 a.m. from Tulare, CA.

i got a call just know too and it was only one ring and straight to miss call. i search the number and it a Landline number from Tulare, CA. But other than that i have no idea who its registered.

Don't know. Got one too, 6:15pm PST today....

Why do they call and leave no message at 8pm

This call came in on my cell today, January 2, at 12:00 noon. I didn't hear it ring and didn't answer.

call came at 1/4/11 @ 8:56am EST.  tried to answer, but registered as a missed call.

Got a missed call from this number on my cellphone.  I did not recognize the number so I did not answer the phone, they did not leave a message.  I did a reverse search on whitepages.com and it came up as an unpublished number.  I'm sure it is a telemarketer of some sort.

Received call from this number on my cell phone.  All I heard was three beeps, then it hung up.

Got a call from this number at 6:45 PM. went to VM with no msg. looked up it and found this blog about it. no voice mail was left for me. It is a CA number.

One ring and gone.  Only got the number in the CID of my cell.  No message left.

Just got a call from this number in Tulare, CA. No voicemail, possibly a robocaller?
