This company has been looked into - the company is fraudulent and they collect on accounts they do not legally have a right to collect on.

Received call from a Mike Wallace stating he was from the legal carrying department and has a summons to be served to me within next 24-48 hours.  Left number of 559-472-7051. Called back was about payday loan that has been paid. Became threatening and when I asked for written documenation of all the information became hostile and told me that I would be going to jail.  I have contacting the attorney general in my state and this has been recorded.

HAS TO BE IN WRITING, these dotheadds don't realize this fact and try to scare you into a payment of some kind

I also recieved a phone call from them last night. It started with a phone call from a woman who said she was stopping by tomorrow to serve me with a court summons (didnt know they called ahead lol) and gave me this number to call back. They told me i owed 830.00 on a 200.00 loan that i know was paid and that if it went to court it would jump to 3380.00!!!! seems a little dont ya thing?

Guy left voice message saying he was from "Legal Outsourcing" and he was calling about a bad check. I am fairly sure he is calling about an payday loan from 2008 that was paid back several times over.  At the end of the voice message, he said "consider this your legal notice". I didn't relalize that if you really did write bad check that a phone message was all that was needed. Interesting.
