This pulls up as a T-Mobile Cell phone out of Del Rey, CA
It's actually Chrysler Financial posing as a local caller from a local number.  I've looked up posts regarding the number they leave (800-955-9096) and it seems it may be a scam.  I have no reason for them to be contacting me, so beware...
