Recently this company is calling me everyday to get a debt collection from me. I have a chapter 11 bankruptcy since 2009, they should go after Indymac Bank, FSB, Indymac /One West and not me. The house forclosed and I got a debt forgiveness from the income taxes as a loss. Both home and Heloc; however, when I did finally called them back, the collector/telemarketer said, "It did not matter what their location was, and that she was doing her job,"  yet, they have no account number for me, so I hung up.  I have no intentions of calling anymore.  I just realized that previous calls were made also: (720) 348-2046, (720) 241-7200, (720) 241-7385, (800) 315-4757, (720) 241-7582 and (720) 241-7364. Some of these calls come between 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm and I hate that!  No one was saying anything anyways, they were just hanging up. DO NOT CALL LIST:  (888) 382-1888 takes 30 days for these sums of b##!&! to quit calling, but then they conjour up new telephone numbers,

Just missed a call from this number and they left a message...Was not for me nor my husband, but was my brother in law's name, which is a common name so it could have even been a mistake... I don't own a home nor have I ever..do not have mortgage or any loans... By reading this I'm not sure if I should call and see what this is about or not...

I am in the same boat. I had a first and second mtg and SLS is the second. Foreclosed on both. Did SLS come after your daughter for the $ she owed?

This is SLS a mortgage loan company. My daughter had a mortgage with them. It was an 80-20 one the bigger one foreclosed on the house causing us to move. They never notified SLS that the house was going to auction and apparently SLS never put a lien on the house either, They keep calling her looking for the remainder of the money she owes. She told them she has no money, no longer owns the house but they keep calling.

This is a bottom feeder debt buyer that is big on 2nd mortgages. After a foreclosure 2nd lien debt becomes unsecured debt and this market is a very lucrative one -- far more so than often smaller credit card debt. If you don't take Ch 7 BK, these leeches will hound you until you either start paying them or have assets sufficient enough to warrant a civil suit seeking a judgment, lien, wage or bank account garnishment. If your State laws allow the statute of limitations to only be applied to credit cards for unsecured debt collections, they could be waiting 20 years or longer to strike. With modern debt collection software, you'll not likely just fall between the cracks.

They call me from 800 268 9706, they must be telemarketing because they are home loan collections. My mortgage is current and my house has not been foreclosed on.  They do short sales if you need them.

I answered once and asked who it was. They would not say, then asked them what the F@#$% they wanted and why they keep calling. Person on the other line said your rude and lanquage is horrible and hung up. LOL

they call my house too formy daughter, The house was foreclosed and sold to someone else. They claim she is responsible for it because it was a second mortgage. i think they are just trying to get money out of her. the house was sold by the other mortgage company for less than the mortgage was worth.

These people call me every day on a phone number I've never given out. Plus, the message is in Spanish so I have no way of calling them to tell them to stop calling me. Should I complain to the phone company? YEAH that's what I'll do. Doubt it will help though.

they call everyday, multiple times a day on a property they already foreclosed on.  They already have the property so why do they keep calling.  I should have changed my number when I moved but now I just laugh as they are still trying to collect on something they already got.

Specialized Loan Servicing, they are a mortgage company.

Caller ID recorded 800-268-9706, Who was calling was 'Unavailable" and I did not answer it!  I don't recognize the number

Wow, they keep calling for some person I do not know - so it is a ***wrong number***

I ignore it for a few months thinking they'll figure it out and stop. So I got another message from them. So I called them back. WOW! They are RUDE and unprofessional. I got through the greeting to a real person finally. The greeting said if you do not want your call recorded tell us. So ... I told them please do not record the call. They asked for acct number or ssn and I said none, i am just calling to tell you your company is calling a wrong number. She says oh I have to hang up on you now. ?WHAT? I just want to tell you the number you are calling for some guy is wrong - he is not getting your messages.

She says i am hanging up on you NOW!

And she did!

Sounds like a debt collector... since the number they are calling is a new one for me I assume it is wrong. Obviously I have no intention of calling them back.

Receive automated calls telling to call back their 800 number, saying it's important.  If it was so important, they'd have a real person call after 6 months of not hearing from me.

I've been receiving a call from (720) 241-7582 every couple of days since I got my phone number; they play the recorded message telling me to call back and leaving the 800 number.

These a***oles call me every day with their recorded message and 800#.
I don't know what the hell they are calling about, but I don't want to talk to them.
