I have received several calls from this man, he says his name is Mr. Scott.  He says I am going to receive a lump sum of money just because I pay my utility bills on time.  He said all I had to do was to go get a reloadable gift card from Walmart or Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy, then I asked him how much money did I need to put on it and he said $299.00.  Well I already knew he was a scammer but now I really knew.  I told him I shouldn't have to pay money to receive money.  I asked him what the name of his company was and he told me he was affiliated with the Powerball Mega Millions and Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes.  He assured me it was a legitimate deal.  I told him not to call me again and he has called me 5 times so far.  I got this phone number from him and he said if I called back to ask for Mr. Thomas White or Al Green.

Got a call from Bobby Washington today about winning Publisher clearinghouse. He called on  876 562 5187 gave me another number to call when I got the western union deal done. Yeah right. 1 876 562 5187 so new numbers .  The union check was to go to Clive LLewellyn  St. James Janaica WI . Hope this helps stop him

My grandmother received a call from one "Mike Scott" - saying that he was from Bank of America. He reported that she had won $895,000 from Publisher's Clearing House and that they would deduct her mortgage payments from the winnings and provide the balance.

I was first contacted by Mike Scott who said he was working for US Customs. He transferred me to Angela Stone who said she was the manager of Global International in Las Vegas, NV. They told me I needed a Greendot moneypack refill card to show with valid ID to the fed ex guy, who also called me. His name was Bobby Washington and he called me to ask me what color my house was because he was going to deliver my $55,000 check. Oh, Angela gave me a number to call to Bank of America to speak with Kimberly Francis who said I must have been entered in a sweepstake like publisher's clearinghouse or readers digest or something...I have never had FedEx ask me what color my house was. And also the courier offered to go to my bank with me to confirm the check was valid.

Got a call from a Mike Anderson, badge # 2424BC, Federal Ex. Express. Wants to confirm address to send $500,000 check. I also will receive $10,000 in live cash. (As opposed to dead cash?) He rambled on and on and asked if I wanted to know how I won the $10,000. He couldn't give me an answer as to who the $500,000 check was from oh, I asked him for his phone# and he gave me an extension. I'm still waiting for my money. LOL

II hung up when I realized it was a guy with a very strong accent and I could barely understand him. He said he was from Packages Corpoartion of America in West Palm Beach, Florida. Caller ID said it was a cellular call. Didn't let him get to the part about winning $75,000.

I just now got a call from this guy and he said the same thing about winning $750,000.

I got a call from this guy as well, saying the same thing. He said that I won by using a check/debit card at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, or a few other places, and by doing so, I was automatically entered into the 'raffle'

Got a call from this number myself. Claims to be an employee of Packages Corporation of America and is telling me i have won 750,000 dollars. i just have to go get a prepaid reloadable card and then tell them when i will be home and that i will have to meet FedEx and that there will be an IRS official and some FBI agents to take me to a bank of my choice and deposit said winnings. Just so you are aware .. =]

No big deal.... called in the middle of the night but it was probably just a wrong number.
