                     Very sorry about the rudeness of my sales manager. His son died two days before the call and was later sent home as per your conversation with him. He had alot of pressure with closing categories and was overloaded with emails. I had no problem giving you our company that's why i did. He didn't want to send you out an email because if you know the business email don't work and usually end up a dead end. again so sorry about the rudeness of my manager. But don't worry Sarah we got the category filled and our members will be very happy with the choices we have given them. I'm sorry that we could not do any business together as this was a great opportunity for you that my manager ruined. I am very disappointed but it is very hard what he is going through. We are all grieving and wish him well.

Just received a call from them.  We are a subcontracting company.  Caller posited the call as concerning 'work at a local country club - have the owner call me back.'  Again - the company may be legitimate but I don't appreciate their misleading introduction.  My boss would be pissed if I gave him a telemarketing call and claimed it was for a potential legitimate business lead.

This is for a company called Good Life Publications, though they do not give the name of the company if you repeatedly tell them you don't even know their name. I had called them back to find out what the name of the business was and they don't even say it when they answer the phone, to be honest I was surprised the person gave me the name when I asked. They don't seem to want you to research their company, as I asked them to send me an email with all of the information so I could think it over and do my due diligence, and they pretty much refused. The "sales manager" was rude, would over talk me and interrupt me while I was talking, then he proceeded to tell me that I was not professional. Pissing off potential customers is not the way to get business.

They very well may be a legitimate company, but to me if they are as good as they think they are then they should have no problem giving their name and letting you do you due diligence. The way the manager behaved and was talking is what makes people hate sales people and certainly makes a potential customer not want to do business with them.

When contacting businesses over the phone and trying to get them pay for something without allowing them time to do due diligence and for the customer to feel comfortable is very sketchy.

My name Is Gary  I got a call from this company requesting me to advertise in a directory.  I decided why not, It was inexpensive...  I recently received the magazine i was in and am very impressed.   The magazine has been out now for a few months and I had my first Kitchen Remodel within the Country Club.  Thanks

Well Daisy If you knew what you were talking about then you can make your own comments. Just because you were not interested in the publication so that completed the phone call. I mean how would you like it if someone you baked a cake for said your cake was horrible and for the price it was a scam. Just because you didn't want to take advantage of this great opportunity and be presented with your work in front of this wealthy clientele for your requested service that's ok with us. We don't wanna do business with someone that acts as unprofessional as you. thank you

Its a scam!!!! They called me also. He could not give me the information of the company. I looked it up in the internet. DON"T give them any information, not even your credit card!

Called and wants me to advertize in local Country Club phone book.
