Received a cell phone call and I did not recognize the number so I just let it ring.  They left no message.

This si a call to automatically lower credit card interest rates.  Say to press 9 to speak to a representative.  When a representative answered I asked to have my number removed fromt eh calling list, he said he would be happy to help if I did not want to lower my interest rates and I said yes, please remove my number....he slammed the phone down and hung up on me!  Very rude and if anyone knows how to report or even who to report please let me know.

I got a call from this number saying the same thing about lowering CC% rate. I called the number back and got a voice message saying this is a scam?

This number has called my home phone several times. There is never a person on the other end of the line. It's always a recorded message from "Card Services" that says "we just wanted to call and inform you that there are no current problems with your account." Neither I nor anyone in my household has an account with "Card Services". This is really annoying.....

Got a Call from this number and no msg was left. When I called back it wasen't available for me to leave a msg either.

Call re: lowering credit card rate to 6.9, press 9 to speak to an operator, offer expires soon....automated systeme did not identify company, it called into my cell #.

i called back this number and i got an automated saying, " the voice message you are calling cannot accept any messages. Please call back again. Thank you and goodbye".

I got a call from (561) 348-0233 today at 12:46 pm and they also didnt leave me a message.

561-348-0233 (wireless phone number) called my home phone and my answering machine picked up as I was not at home but they did not leave a message.  I do not know who this number belongs to and I did not call the number to find out.

got the automated message trying to sell me a credit card. On my cell phone for crap's sake.

561-348-0233 called my home on June 5th @ 11:09am.  They did not leave a message.  I do not know any one at this number.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I keep getting calls from these types of people.  I received a call from this number on 6/21/10 at 11:44 am according to my phone log.  I am going to be filing ANOTHER complaint to the FCC but somehow I think that it won't do any more good than the 10 other complaints I've sent to them for other calls.

Yet another call from "Card SErvices" about lowering the rate on my non-existant credit card and how this is my FINAL NOTICE.  Oooooohhh....I'm shaking with fear!  Reported them to the FCC...which you can do on the www.donotcall.gov website.  Pre-recorded telemarketing calls are ILLEGAL.  Report them!!  Maybe eventually somebody will DO something about them.

I got a call from this # and when I called it back, there was a message telling me it was a scam, to be very careful!
I checked yellowpages.com and found no information.  Intellius told me it was a cell out of Jupiter FL but to get more you have to pay and I am not.
I checked www.bbb.org and got nothing either.
Err on the side of caution!

SCAM!!  Financial institutions will NEVER contact you asking for personal information.  Like many above, I am also on the do-no-call list.  I also have LifeLock, which has stopped most of this nonsense from REAL businesses.... but from time to time I still get scammer calls.. If you get this call, just hang up....
