This person needs to stop calling me! Very annoying!

this peson or persons are annoying,they constantly call all hrs. I have asked them to stop calling me. they said they were the state police but the state police would not be that indignant when i told them i cannot help .
I am ill ,my spouse is ill and this so annoying ,3,4,5,and as many as 6 calls per day, almost every day. I am sick and tird of this
