I WORKED WITH THIS LADY AND SHE SAVES ME OVER 300.00 PER MONTH ON MY VERIZON IF YOU JUST ASK QUESTIONS SHE IS A SOLUTIONS PROVIDER ON BEHALF OF VERIZON AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH HER. SHE WAS SMARTER THAN THE PEOPLE IN VERIZON DIRECT
