This is a warning to unsuspecting buyers and importers of motor vehicles, boats, motorbikes and the like from the USA who are trading with Richard M Wallace of Florida, Montana, San Diego because it may end with you not receiving your goods.
Unfortunately for us and many other unsuspecting Kiwi's we have all lost several hundreds of thousands of dollars to this man who promised us boats, motorbikes and motor vehicles. Our deal alone totaling in excess $115,000 (boat and freight) excluding numberous phone calls to the USA, dealings with lawyers, freight owed to us of $25,000 from first deal that went wrong, time wasted on continual lies being told by Wallace and commission dating back to January 2007. All he has delivered us is nothing but hollow promises and shallow excuses.
Born in New Zealand but sounds American Richard Mark Wallace aka Richard Auckland aka George Auckland aka Ricardo Wallacia aka Allan Marble and more recently Eric also trading under the company names of American Prestige of New Zealand Inc (which is now under investigation by the Palm Beach County Commissioners office), American Prestige of Montana LLC, Carrera Marine Holding LLC and American Marine Holdings. He has been known to trade on Ebay in the USA too.
This man has single handedly managed to rip off unsuppecting New Zealanders thousands of dollars and what do the authorities suggest we do? Get a lawyer as it is a civil matter. Is there nothing the authorities can do? Why would the government want to protect the bad and rip off the innocent? This man has deviously trick us out of our money, promising us a product but not delivered anything. Thank god for the internet and those who use it because hopefully we can warn the general public of New Zealand inadvance and make everyone a little more aware of the unregulated fraudulant devious underhanded dealings that Richard Wallace continues to partake in.
If you have had dealings with this man please do not hesitate to add your story because we believe you should be heard and Richard Wallace should be stopped from ripping innocent people off. Our rights need to be protected too! Knowledge is power so if you know where he is, or what he has been up to we want to hear from you. We will see justice prevail!
