This number called me twice asking for someone who's name wasmt even close to mine. I told them tjey had the wrong number and he asked was I sure and did I apply for modeling at the sawgrass mall....I explained I liced in west palm no where close to this mall....he continued to talk so I hung up. This is a scam

I received a phone call from Steve and he said we have just received your application and it has been approved. However, I haven't filled out anything on line or on paper. After I asked some questions, he hung up on me.   THIS IS A SCAM.

They keep calling me 3 to 4 times a week even when I asked then to stop.

I actually worked for that place and thought it was legit till I noticed some things weren't right so I quit it's so crazy

Just got a phone call from an Emily with a British accent asking to call them back because my application had been arrpoved. This is such a scam because I did not fill anything out and I am covered under my husband's plan.

got a call and let the voice mail answer it...I could barely hear the message, but it sounded like a recording about medical insurance.  Most likely a scam.

Just got a call from 561-705-1814 about health Ins. The deal runs out in 56 minutes. I asked them to email me a policy to review before making any payments. The guy got very mad and tried tell me how I was about to lose a great deal if I didn't make a $150 down payment right now. Needless to say, he never got my credit card # and I told him it was probably a scam. He hung up on me....real nice Ins Agent....ha!

I got a call from them as well. SMH I opted out and I hope they do not call me ever again. Or else Im using the air horn on them as well!!!!

This is an identity theft ring, they are probably the guys who stold cvs's data base a while back.  I have insurance so I would not ask for more.

I get calls from this number all the time and I have left messages to be removed and shocker, I am still on the list. I spoke to and Eric Reyes this morning who claims he is the "District Manager" and he mentioned his assistant Rachel (I have to assume all the girls repersentatives go by that name.
Prior to getting Eric Reyes I was hung up on by another Eric who according to Nick was the "highest manager" in the building. This Eric provided me the following name and address for this company:

So the first issue is 33467 is not the zip code for Tampa. The next issue is this address does not exist in Tampa or within the 33467 zip code. The closests matches are a Skokie Road, however one of them does not have street numbers in the 400's and it is a residential street, the other winds up being also on a residential  street but there is no 450 so you are basically just on the street.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. THEY SCREAM SCAM!!!

They've been stalking me for months calling from many different numbers. Each time I answer and request to be removed. They're not even asking for me, but for someone named Lorraine. I've had my number for well over 15 years. When I asked questions of the supervisor, he said he would take me off the list, "b-bye," and hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint.

Funny i work for this number not fraudulent at all. Its the national enrollment center for health care and I'm sure if you were to get on the phone with anyone who had gone through us they would tell you how satisfied they are.

Same as comments above with message from Rachel.  Looked up the number before calling and found this.  Not happy they called my cell.  Hope they get shut down soon.

This # just came through on my cell phone with the message that they received my application for insurance & that it has been approved.  No application ever made.  Think the same as others.......fraud, phishing, scam etc.  Did not call them back.  Same message as others came from "Rachel".
