They have called my cell phone twice and no one answers. Instead the caller immediately hungs up. Very rude. Reminds me of the old days when kids used to knock at your door and when you came around to open it, they ran off ... forgot what that prank was called. But anyways, that's how I felt with this call. If your cell phone allows, block or report them!

they have called several times  ,I picked up once and she said calling about a educational program

called 4 times today, said nothing.

Got a call from this number today.  Picked up, said hello, waited.  And waited.  Finally there was connection but the reception was so bad, similar to when someone is going out of cell tower range.

It is a collection agency that specializes in Medical bill collecting. They are actually expanding their business by purchasing old debts including ones that have past the states statute of limitations.

The one thing about the old debts most people do not know is that if you do not pay them the owner of the debt cannot legally bring you to court for a judgment or even put it on your credit report for that matter. All they can really do is call on your phone and write you letters to harass you. You can search the web and find out how to write a legal letter to them stating you will deal only with the original debtor and they need to cease further contact with you in the matter which should help.

This is called PTC out of Chicago. I called the number back blocking my number from them and I followed the prompts for them to not call me back again.  This number is not only for a "customer of theirs" but also for political campaigns.

These people have been calling my cell almost daily and sometimes twice a day and they don't leave any message nor have they given up calling after month. Sick of them!

They call daily, sometimes twice a day wasting my cell's airtime in recording their incoming call. No voicemail is ever left.
