KEPT CALLING BUT CANNOT BE CALLED BACK.

keeps calling. i finally answered and it was a phone company called hellocom.  they hung up when i told them i speak english and no one else was around who could speak tagalog.

called me not to long ago AGAIN and called me a few days ago.  sounded like an Asian lady or something.  I just simply hung up.

Just got two calls from this same number, today at 3:15pm PDT.  Can hear talking in the background and it DOES sound like people speaking tagalog.  Oh...they called again just now (3:25) and I heard a man's voice but he hung up when he heard my voice??!!

Got two calls from this numbr at midnight.  When I called back, there is a recording saying it is an invalid number. Does anyone know how to stop them from calling again?

this is a long distance company trying to sell long distance rates i.ve asked them to stop and this has been going on for months . no kidding months

I've received calls in the past from this number, today was the most recent.  Annoying.

Received this call for more than 30 times in the duration of 8 months.. they call even at 12 midnight.  The person also had attitude when I said I'm not Filipino and she promise not to call again but call still come. She has the guts to say I'm disgusting.. while she herself is an ass-hole..

No one was answering called me twice!

Hurray ! Hellocom closed business - no more annoying telemarketing calls. Hellocom closed without informing their customers. Like some people  I was also victimized because I still have unused minutes in my plan ( worth abouth $35 ++ ). They are nowhere to be found. No refund, no disclosure of closing business whatsoever.

The way they do  business is by repeatedly calling and asking their customers to add more minutes to their prepaid plans. They will try to force you to buy more minutes by soliciting compassion or sympathy or plain  insistence through friendliness . They will tell you  they have to reach a monthly quota or they would lose their job. Telemarketers within the same company would try to pull you to their account and you would get caught in the middle. If you buy from one telemarketer, the other will get mad at you.  Funny. You tried to help but in return you get annoying repeated calls.

Now the former Hellocom telemarketers are employed in another company and calling me again to open an account. They took my contact number with them I guess haha ? What else, hope not my credit card number.  Apparently Hellocom owner is a Chinese  scumbug. Not trying to be racial here. Took away our money and now sipping Pinacolada somewhere in the Bahamas.

I used to be a customer of HELLOCOM. As of this writing (6/10/2010) is no longer in business. I still have 380 minutes left in my account but everything's wasted because their access numbers are no longer in service. My experience served me a lesson never to patronize again Philippine International telephone carriers. Most of them turned out to be unreliable and their agents are just as worse. Because these companies require their agents to reach a certain quota a month, these obnoxious agents call potential customers several times a day to a point of "I cannot stand these calls anymore". The frequent calls of these persistent agents are very annoying, truly annoying.

Anybody in need of international long distance carriers, if you already have a Verizon landline, try their international calling plan, I only pay like .03 cents a minute, same goes if you have a Time Warner Cable landline. As to my experience, these are much better than using a phonecard.

Just like HELLOCOM,  a lot of phonecards are also a rip off. A lot of times, my $5-worth of phonecards turned out to be wasted. Once a phonecard's PIN number has been scratched off, the seller would no longer exchange it.

Some suspicious phone call asking for information from me

This number is from a Philippine long distance provider called "HELLOCOM". They call up 3-4 times a night and EVERY night. These people are really obnoxious. Sad to say that poverty is prevalent in the Philippines and i don't blame those SOB's telemarketers trying to make some money but not on my expense and inconvenience.

However, they really irritate me and i mentioned to them that i'm on the Do Not Call list. They still call everynight.

The FCC should do something to this really annoying company. They should changed their name from HELLOCOM to HELL I COME !!

This is a telephone connection company which preys on Filipinos wishing to keep contact w/ relatives in the Philippines.  They can become very obnoxious and will use devious ways to get through to the person they are seeking, who often is one susceptible to their sales tactics.  They do not respect people's privacy and are not a credit to the Filipino community.  If you use their service, beware of the consequences as you, too, will get numerous unwanted telephone calls.

Yep I just got a call from this # too.  For some reason I suspect I know who is behind this.  But of course cant prove it.

Why do we have to put up with this crap?  Why can't be block a number on our phones ...when the person calls we should be able to block it...it's ridiculous.  They call here over and over and over and there is nothing I can do ...and it is on my cell phone..

I acted as if I was interested and found out that the company is HelloCom.  A long distance provider for international calling.  The caller ID was 562-143-9811.  The man's name was Allen.  He gave me 1-800-719-1688 as the main number of their company.  When I told him that I was on a do-not-call list and that he has violated FCC regulations he said "what?"  I repeated myself and told him that I was going to report him to the appropriate govt agencies, he hung up immediately.  Let's see if they have the nerve to call again.  Meanwhile I am looking into reporting the abuse to the FCC.

Called us close to 9 pm.  All I could hear was noise in the bakground like someone was at a bar or party.  I kept saying hello and when they did speak I could not understand them because the background noise was so loud. I just hung up.

Please have this company stop calling.

This is a long distance phone service and will ask you buy their services.  They will keep calling you at least 2 or 3 times a week.

My wife is becoming suspicious about this number because they call my phone 2-3x a day. Help? I want to keep my marriage and family intact.

I got a call at 9:30pm from this number.  It sounded like whoever it was was at a party because there was a lot of noise in the background.  I couldn't understand what the person was saying but it almost sounded like they had just inhaled some helium.  I kept trying to ask who it was and what they wanted but I couldn't understand their responses.

Keeps on calling everynight.Please have this company stop calling.

I actually answered this call since I recognized the area code and thought it was a friend.  However, it was a female with a Filipino accent asking what long-distance phone service I used when I called the Philippines.  She also asked me if I was related to some people she knew from another region.  I was vague in answering her questions.  She then hung up.
