They have called my home and my cell phone claiming that there is some sort of legal action about to be taken against me. I know darn well they don't. You never get a call informing you that you are about to be served, it is highly irregular and whatever they are doing is certainly a scam of some kind. My husband laughed at them and the girl hung up.

It's a scam, don't do anything. Do not give them any information. Block the number.

I just called the number that they said to call and let me tell yall something they said i have a breech of contract with Household bank. I cussed them people out i have never had an account with that bank ever in my life. But i will say one thing i dont think they will be calling me ever again. To the new people out there that they will try and scam please dont fall for this cause you will lose every penny you earned. Thanx for reading!!!

Do not be frightened by this stupid lawsuit threat. This is either a abusive debt collector or scammer trying to scare you into paying them money. If you don't recognize the debt, the FTC warns against fake debt collectors here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt076.shtm

Well they called me and said that i have a lawsuit filed against me and could not give me any information at all and for me to call 562-265-8978 with a reference number. The man had said that i have to call that number and someone would be out to my house with paperwork. Dumb a** scammers i tell you i dont owe no one anything. DONT FALL FOR IT PLEASE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

So i just got a call saying i have a lawsuit against me what should i do cause they gave me a number of 562-265-8978 to call and they said someone would be out to my house with paperwork.

they called me and its a scam saying its a civil lawsuit in regaurds to capitol one. I do owe them however, they said i owed 10x the real balance, then when i stated i wd not verify my ss # got aggressive, i called capiol one and let them know and none of the info the supposed graham associate gave me was correct. graham associates is a civil engineer firm, not having anything to do w civil court matters! VERY DUMB wanna b criminals!!! Dont fall for it!!!

They are scamming me by calling and saying I have an outstanding debt with Exon which is untrue. They want me to settle the debt. The scary thing is that they have my social security number!!!!
