Thank god I found this website. I have gotten the same thing. Just a email. Say I have to pay 5,000.00 of a ez pay loan! And to fix this out of court I would have to pay 779.00 and if I did not do this by fri a letter would go to the place were I work and the FBI and my ssn will be blacklisted. I have never heard of a Ssn being blacklist . Someone by the name Rogers Stephen keep email me. Give me a name of a FBI agent and he a law. And thing Like that.

I keep getting messages from these people, they have used different numbers in the past and now they are using the 562-296-2864.  They harass, threaten me that they are going to file criminal charges against me, and they have my social security number.  Today, I got a call from the same person saying that they are an officer of the Federal Bureau of Investigations!!   They have a strong Indian accent.

I have been getting threatening phone calls all day today from someone claiming to be from the State bureau of Investigation saying that if I don't pay $500.00 today for an online payday loan that I didn't know anything about, I never got a payday loan in my life. They said if I don't pay them today I am going to be sued,  and could go to jail, and I will lose my job. When I ask them for any kind of information they hang up.

These people are a joke they called my work and home. So I called them and told them stop calling and they called me a F****ing Bi***. I just laughed and then gave them a taste of there own medicine and called them. I called them a total of 12 times in a row so they know how it feels and I bacame the pain in their a**. They have no idea what a bi*** I really am. Lol what a bunch of losers get a real job!!! If you get a call from them turn the tables on them and bug the crap out of them. They haven't called me since.

these jokers called saying they are police officers looking for one of our contractors that doesn't work for us.  won't stop calling.  be aware and do not give them any information!

Used online to research payday loans, went through all steps, within weeks, they were calling my work and my phone.  Stating that I had money deposited into my account, which I never received.  They will call to tell you that you never paid the money back and that they have to arrest you if you don't pay by end of day.  My ATTORNEY told me that this is fraud, these people are not from USA, they are retrieving phones lines through website services.  They will threaten to arrest you, you need to ask for documents supporting the allegations.  My attorney has never gone to court without a paper order to represent someone.  Whoever is writing on these posts about getting papers and how they have helped, is not legit!  Do not send them money or offer to pay a cent.  The most important question to ask, when the money was deposited and to what BANK!  They will hang up.

u need to report them to www.ftc.gov   and the www.fbi.com  and ur local State Attorney Generals Office...and if u do talk to them DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO (although they will grab the number from any phone u use) record them...put ur phone on speaker and record them...these people are scammers and if u r smart u will file with the FBI and teh FTC and ur local ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and the BBB...legaly you can sue them EVEN IF U OWE THEM MONEY!!!  They use to be in Florida and now there phone is different...the FBI wensite (u can google this) has a warning out about them and businesses like theirs...ITS FRAUDULENT!!! NO BILL COLLECTOR CAN REPRESENT THEMSELVES AS AN ATTORNEY, if they are not AND THEY CANNOT THREATEN YOU...its illegal...be smart and follow thru with filing with the authorities...also if they r saying they got ur info call the non emergency line for the police and file an identity theft...than take ur police report number and list it with the credit beauro and they will freeze any illegal activity and inquiries for 1 year...FREE (as long as u got a police report)...this is the only way u can stop fake people like this and real bill collectors!!!

I received a phone call from this number from someone who had a very thick accent and left a voicemail saying if i didn't call back i would be in big trouble.

I got the same calls but way worse Thursday the 30th of june they called 123 times from 9am tell about 6pm the started up again at 9am on fri with 163 times got a break from them this weekend only to have it start up all over again today they left voice mails sayiing they want to f*** me which I kept all the voicemails an called the local cops which are trying to track these people down if anyone gots anything new on these people please let me know

I have gotten a few calls on two different days from the number. One of the first ones I was told that an officer would be at my house (they knew my address) on Monday (this past Monday being July 4th) I stated it was strange that they would come out on a holiday. The lady responded "oh Monday is a Holiday?" I am just annoyed that my phone keeps ringing, and that they have my social.

They called me today from two numbers 562-269-2864, and 569-823-5689.
I think I know which company they are using to obtain their info. I do not plan on letting this go so easily, they screwed up when they called my work number.  What I do know is that this was from applying for a loan, however I did accept one,(did any of you accept a loan then cancel) where I gave out all my info to.  I then canceled it 15 mins. later which I was able to do without a deposit going into my account.  I would like to know from any of you if you can remember any of the loan companies you visited online to see if I can come up with one constant answer.  I you can please email me at justinjonesa26@gmail.com

I have been receiving the same phone calls as well and like the others I was wondering what I had done that would land me in jail.  I guess these idiots don't stop to think that if any of us had received a large amount of money in account we would certainly questioned it.  He has called me for the past week and then on Thursday he made the mistake of calling me job and they immediately informed him that they were contacting our school attorney.  He then started calling me again at home and the minute I hang up he calls again and if my daughter answers the phone he won't say much just keeps asking for me. I'm wondering if the soldiers that found Bin Laden can find these a***oles too and blow thier a***s to thy kingdom come.

Try demanding a mailing address or a full business name. If the caller fudges his answer or you cannot verify it, it's likely a PDL sham. Fierce consumer lawyers will leap at the chance to run such a case on contingency. However, being mostly outside U.S. borders and having no discernable addresses, these particular criminals rarely make it possible for individuals to punish them. Submit complaints to the FTC and attorneys general. The FBI is also taking comments on these hostile thugs. Pester anyone with proper authority until this fraud is investigated and smashed.

We received a threatening call from this #.  Also, got a call to the cell #.
Finally called back to find out what it is in regards to he's threatening,
said he wants to help before a lawsuit comes your way. We had no clue
what it is pertaiing and declined to give details. So we said we'll
have our Attorney respond, and his anger escaslated and  he said " You are taking me as a fool".
Prior he had mentioned the full name, year born and the last 4 digits of the SSN. He was trying
to confirm and he didn't go afar since we mentioned of our Attorney would respond. We made
a call to the Telephone Company when we learnt this is from a Scam Artist (He had a thick
Indian accent claiming an American name) He said "you don't know this call will cost you dragged out of the house by 2 police officers and brought to the court but I am trying to help you (that is when we asked him to tone down explain what it is in regards to". We had called the Tel. Co to trace th caller and complain and they advised if it a call of threat, we have the right to report to the local Police, in returned called the Attorney Genral and the FBI both.
What is intriguing is why with all these complaints this phone # from which the threatening calls come hadn't been traced and put a stop.

He kept saying he was calling from some Federal government treasury.    Anyway, my husband argued with him for a good long while.    He told my husband that he had his name and social...etc.    "Daniel" called here around 12 times in one day after being told to stop calling.    This has scam written all over it!
