You are all f****ng idiots who have obviously never worked in a law firm or in collections. Dieinafire.

They do not have my new address, or new married name.  But the FTC said the same thing, they broke into a system and took ss#s and using them to hunt people down. Thanks for the advice. How is it going for you, did you receive anything?

If they were going to serve you any type of legal document  THEY WON'T CALL YOU FIRST Also, If they have papers to serve then they already have your legal address

This guy David Hunt calls my brother saying the same thing. The funny thing is, is that a month ago another company called me giving me the same situation and that I owed 3,000 a huge amount of money and If I did not set up an arragement the same thing will happen the next day, never got served papers or anything.  I reported them to the Federal Trade commission and they have received close to 7,000 calls regarding these scam people and I had to file a complaint.  The FTC did persue a lawsuite agaist them.  Now, I guess they are using a different way to hunt people down like us and to fall into there stories.  DO NOT give them any INFORMATION and if they call again you knave the right to know, your account number, why you are being served and from who, ask them who you are speaking with, there address not a PO BOX, a usuable phone number not a 888 number.  THey will give you a hard time and will get tired of the questions and hang up on you.  

Keep me updated on how it goes, it is not fair for us to be harrassed like this.  And again I will be calling the FTC again today to report these new people.  Did anything ever come yet for you?

Calling saying gona serve me. Called me yesterday saying company called him so i can be served wanted me to leave him my address so he can do so then called my sister with the same messege and then the next day called my work. Left me a messege again saying he got my address. never said what company he is from. not sure if this is a scam or not. anyone that can help let me know. called the  # that he called from which is the 562 so its locally to me and the 888 323 4465 that he left for me to call didnt pick up. the 888 # was a hunnighton mediation place and i have never recieved any notice from a company by that name. Last thing I need is to be served so if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated.
