received 4 calls in a row 1-2 minutes apart - no one there

I receive numerous calls from this # for almost three years. I have told them everytime that I am not interested in their services and yet they always call me back. I am so sick of getting calls on my cellphone from these people.

got a call from the same number about 7 - 8 PM on two - three occasions now. The line on the other end is always silent. Called back and of course the response was that the number is invalid or has been disconnected.
Curious...

this happen to me too . im scared out of mind because how can someone call you from an invalued  number

Received one phone call about 1125PM 10/14/07.  Could not understand the male caller so I hung up.  Called two more time of which I let go to voice recorder.  Caller left no message.  I check area code 562 which is Long Beach California.

I received two phone calls from this number on Monday 10-1 and do not know who it is. No msg left as my phone was turned off at that time. After reading the other comments no need for me to call it back.

this number called me on Tues 10-2-07 and hung up. Called back and received message as above. A reverse number search showed it was a residential number but I had to pay to find out who. I'm not gonna do it, but it showed it was Pico City, CA.

call on tuesday, 10-02 at 12:24 pm and hung up when i picked. i called back and was told "the subscriber number you have dialed is invalid"

I received a call from this number. A woman's voice asked for "Kathleen" (me) and I asked who it was calling. She hung up. I called the number back and a recording said I had reached a number that had been disconnected. Who is this???
