This plaintiff claims research is available prior to an unsolicited call that his building's management team handles all his facility matters. How? He assumes he has the same expectation not to be called at work, as he does at home. But business is a two way street. So I am entitled to call. All I wanted to do was introduce myself to you, so you might consider me the next time you needed lighting. I didn't know till now this complaint was here. So I don't remember what went down. But had you nicely told me your building's management team handled all your lighting, I would have politely said thank you anyway. I'm good at what I do. So I'm not shy to come off confident. If you choose to presume you can be short with telemarketers at work, like most people feel they can at home, then that's YOUR problem - not mine. However, obviously (9 months after the fact) our conversation did go wrong. Or else you would not have made this complaint. So please accept both my apology, and my pledge to chill.

This caller claims to be with a company that sells light bulbs.  He's extremely rude and arrogant and assumes we want to take his call or are even interested in his business - we're not.  Why?  Because the building's management team which our office leases space from handles all facility matters and if he did his research he'd know this.  But he feels his rudeness and sense of entitlement should come first.  

I wasn't being rude to you my friend.  We simply don't take unsolicited calls for services we did not request. If you choose not to understand that then that's YOUR problem - not ours.
