Yeah.. Who is this, I got some dude saying he was an academic counselor and asked for my parents.. What's going on here?

I am replying to your message.  I just had a woman who called and gave me the same exact wording as you have listed....unreal!

But, I redialed the phone# 562-726-3403 and recording comes on and says "please state your name"..in which I did not.  I left them a message stating "remove my childs name & phone# from your database.

Again....this is unreal & totally unjustifiable.  Pretending to be affiliated with my child's high school.  Give me a break!  I just hope nobody falls for this scam.

We also received an unwanted call - asking to speak to my parents. Then an immediate hangup when we said they are not here. Very suspicious. When I tried to call them back, there was no answer of course.  This call is too suspicious. It cannot be good.

I just got the same thing they called and left a message saying "can I talk to Alison's mom or Dad' and being a parent of a child who lives out of state the first thing that went  through my mind was Dear god has something happen to my Child. If that number comes up again and I answer so help me God.

Very rude, apparent solicitation for sat/act "open enrollment"--I don't even think there is such a thing. SCAM??!!

I want to know who is behind these too.  She called and said would like to talk to the parents.  I said I am.  Then she said the line had a bad connection and hung up.  What the @#$%^&*!!!!!!!

I wanna know too, this bi*** just calls me and is like can i talk to ur parents and I say there not here but you can talk to me an d she is just like bye?
