Keeps calling my number.

It's a telemarketer (or scam) message references a letter you have or will receive about higher interest rates on your credit card.  Press # and be connected - I did and told rep it sounded like a solicitation to me and he told me to keep my higher interest rates and hung up.

Same here. How I know it's a scam?  I have 2 credit cards both with 0 balance.

i have gotten a call from them and 923-000-4532 about the same thing.  they seem to be the same company.  the number is registered to a mobile phone. how do you get an 000 prefix phone number anyways.  even it you talk to them they cant tell you which credit card they can lower the interest on.  such a scam, call me and ask me to verify my info, the nerve!

I continually receive telemarketer calls regarding the same issue,  credit card rates,  however the number is always different,  today it came from 567-000-1124,  I press 9 then blow a whistle into the phone.  Today,  the creepy voice of a MAN CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY and said,  "I called you back, what are you going to do about it ,now "  AGAIN I blew the whistle into the phone.  this time the number was 176-753-9440

It's a SCAM. Be careful with it. And when or if you ever get to talk to a human person, they actually get angry with you for not falling for it!

The message said that if you want to talk to someone about lowering your credit card interest rate press 9.  I did and some woman said congratulations on completing the first step in lowering your interest rate.  I said we are on the Do Not Call List.  She said just a minute and hung up.  I would like to stop this practice.  Why do we have a Do Not Call List if these companies are not abidding by the law?

EVERYDAY FROM DAY ONE OF HAVING PRIVACY ID REMOVED FROM PHONE LINE SERVICES.
NOT SURE IF SAVING $5 A MONTH IS WORTH HAVING THIS ANNOYING COMPANY CALLING EVERYDAY.  THEY JUST HANG UP BECAUSE I DON'T ANSWER, I STILL HAVE CALLER ID AND I CAN SEE THEIR PHONE NUMBER-I AM SUSPICIOUS OF ANYONE WITH 000 DIGITS IN THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER.  HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS NONSENSE?

It's a recording. I pressed 9 to speak with someone about "lowering my interest rate on my credit card" and when the lady answered and I told her to take me off of the calling list, she hung up in my face. Quit calling my house. Im also in TN. I believe I have told them to quit calling me before. So irritating

Please get them to stop calling me!  So annoying!

again with the credit card interest deal. i wish they had the cc up thier yazoo side ways. apparently it does no good to be on a no call list i am in tennessee. wonder if the no call list people would like for these people to call them 24/7

I have received three calls from this company or whatever it is with a recording trying to get me to lower my credit card payments. I have called back twice and told these people that I can get this done on my own and do not want them calling me again. The last time the female I was speaking to hung up on me. I believe this is a scam company.
