i got  back from my break and my entire staff at my job was insulted by this guy in 30 minutes. he cursed everyone out used names like c%^&sucker and even told one guy i was sleeping with his mother....i contacted my lawyer asap and i will find out who this is..also the callback number he left was my social security number so i have to call my bank and credit cards to..not kool

just got ten calls in 20 mins and the man called and asked for my ex who moved out a month ago and asked me to take a message and I told him that I couldn't as per my lawyer said and then he kept asking my name and I would not give it to him, then he said someone would be coming to my house and kick my butt but in meaner words and then I let him know that he is herasing a criminal justice student and he yelled at me again I hung up.

then he blocked his number and called again and asked if he could come over and F*** me I hung up then once again he called and was nice this time and I just hung up now I am changing the message on my voice mail letting who calls know that my ex is not here I am sick of this guy calling already and I wont answer to that number again

got a call  three times from them this morning.but that didnt leave a message....this is mounted up to criminal harrasment

I have been receiving calls from this man for 2 years now. I work at a hotel and he keeps calling asking for me. This is just the latest phone number he's using. Over the course of time he has been Jerry cross, David Jones, bill cook....you get the idea. I finally got the local sheriff involved. They traced all the phone numbers I had gotten from the guy. They have all been prepaid cell phones out of New York so they can't technically trace them to the source. The sheriff here contacted the NYC police who of course said because they are prepaid cell phones there isn't anything they can do. It's very frustrating and I have no idea how to make it stop.

Jerry Cross called here at least 10 times in a 30 minute period, asking for one of our employees. As 2 of us answer incoming calls, we were both subjected to obscenities. The employee had no idea who it was or why the calls.

I recieved MULTIPUL calls from an indian guy named "Shawn Marsh". He was rude, vulgar, threatned to send the police ect... BTW, I am the receptionist, this was a call for one of the employees here at my office-- And this "Shawn" guy felt the need to call me a M-Effer?! He said the company was "Central Crime Investigations".

I received a very similar call from a man named "anthony borden".He sounded like a foreigner.  I had applied for a cash advance online and he said that I owed 8000 dollars. Even though I never followed through on the loan. He threatened to take me away from my family and ruin my life. He was very harrassing. I asked the name of the company he worked for, he hesitiated and said the law office of federal crime investigation. It oesnt seem legit at all.

I have been getting calls at work from this number.  From a Steven Johnson, says he is calling from the Legal Department and I have a case against me and if I dont take care of it someone will come to my place of work and make me understand the importance of their call.

I have all 4 voicemails saved i think im going to take your advice and try going to the ftc etc .

I have filled a police report for this matter. My manager that he has been calling was getting frustrated and coming to me about the situation. Don't give him ANY information!!!!! I live in High Point, NC There is a report filled. Go to your local department and have this stopped!!!!

OMG.....for the last month i have gotten these same men calling me!Always an Indian or HIndi.Today he literally screamed at me and said,"If you dont settle this now while i gove you the chance,someone will come to your home or work.They will drag you into the street.Make you bleed and destroy you.Take away your life and your children and everything you care for!!!!" I told him not to yell at me.And that i knew this was a fraud.He knew alllll of my personal info!I hung up on him.He called back and left a 7 minute message(that i still have).Ultimately i picked up at the 7 minute mark.And he berated me again!This time calling me,"A useless idiot",and "Disgusting Pig".Then i laughed and told him,"oh i loveee verbal abuse".I asked his name one more time and he said again,"My name is ANTHONY BOURDAIN".Thru the conversation he must've said he supposed name 5 times.And it was my daughter who clicked n said,"omg,thats the guys name on the cooking show!!"lol   i feel totally violated by this series of phone calls.Telling me that i have done something wrong legally.Ultimately scaring my babies by hearing this man yell on my answering machine.I WANT JUSTICE!!!!! i am saving all info,numbers,names,and vm.PLZZZZ ANYONE HELP ME ON THIS MATTER!(To Lisa,the lady im replying this message to,and other ppl bothered by these 'phone terrorists'...I will not stop until justice is served on this matter!!

I jst got a call from this guy sayin I owed 300 dollars for apayday loan I never received he said if I didn't pay it today id be arrested and charge with a federal crime when I asked when the loan allegedly occured he cudnt tell me a date. He had my address and ss number.

Got the same call, about the 3rd one in A year, was already having a s****y day, so needless to say it got heated. I told them where to come pick me up at and we would solve the problem. I am debt free so I knew it was a scam, but apparently threatening them with their life does the trick, haven't called back. These people are the scum of the earth, i wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.

Indicated that I owe them money from a pay day type loan. I have never had one of those types of loans. Very vulgar with language. Called workplace 70 to 80 times in about a 2 hr time frame. Message said to call 567-244-1998 but caller id says 052700040. Claimed his name was Officer Jerry Cross with an Indian accent.

theres got to be something that can be done about these people i looked up the numbers on reverse phone lookup sites and it says the number comes from ohio one in toledo . frankly i dont like being threatened by people whom i dont know who they are . or at all for that matter

Received call from 567-244-1998 asking for an employee, then used very Vulgar language. He kept calling saying his name is Jerry Cross (very bad english) kept using vulgar language over and over again. Called the company and ask for manager was told have your employee call us then he hung up. This type of harassment can't be legal.

VERY VULGAR Indian man  repeatedly called my work phone and spoke very inappropriately.  When asked if he wanted our atty # he kept up, then said he would come and arrest me.  As soon as we would hang up, he would call back.  He has used 2 different names-Jerry and David.

now i get a voicemail frrom this number 3233319189 and the guys name is danny morgan this time leaving this call back number and saying close to the same thing. now my cell phone is not under my name how is it that these people know to call me .and is there anything we can do to stop them? this goes to lol cause u said u work in an attorneys office. please tell me something. this is the third call of this nature in under a week .. do they really think because its a different number your going to pick up

Just got a call for a Derrick Thomas and left me all his info, and although I believe people should pay  debts, people calling from India saying what they're saying is completely illegal! I work in an attorneys office and what they're saying is well beyond what an attorney or paralegal is allowed to say! According to the FDCPA they are not allowed to threaten with police!! Or leave so much info on voicemail especially since in my case they had the wrong #!

I got a call from number 52700040 just today it was an india speaking man yelling about money and asking me if i was going to take care of the matter, he wouldnt talk to me sensable just kept yelling saying there was awarrant for my arrest and i was going to get fired and picked up by the police today, well there was no warrant and the police department i went to told me it was a scam, not to tell them nothing.

I have been getting tese calls non stop for the past 2 yrs, I have their saying memorized it's always the same thing snaying I have committed a crime and they will arrest me at work or at home. One time they called asking for me 43 times while I was working. They gotta be stopped but how? They are always Indian speaking people very rude, and use american names. officer so and so, next time ask for their badge number and you know it's a scam when they say they have your'e ssn, saying there coming to arrest you. Also they sure as hell wouldn't give in fo to another person who answers the phone asking what they are calling about, right there I new that was bs, don't believe anything they say, they gotta stop taking peoples hard earned money away.

i got a call with the id reading 52700040 and the guy yelling me in the voice saying the same as above that he was from the legal department for the same mentioned above and threatened me in the message then he called again 2 days later with the exact same message . is this a scam?

They called and ask for a manager, And told him if the employee in the subject doesnt call them right back they will send the police to arrest the manager & the employee...lol
P.S he also used foul language

Just got a call from officer Albert Johnson, he said he was with legal federal crime div. for fraud from the Federal Goverment, caller ID showed Unknown caller, he gave me a number call back 567-244-1998. Is this a scam?
