Called and did not leave a message....when I called back it said number was disconnected. I'm on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!!!

Calls my mobile number in the afternoon, but never leaves a message

Called me 9/12 when I called back a recorded voice said bye bye and hung up

We are averaging 8-10 no-message, hang-up calls per week for ~the last 3 weeks.
Our household landline is also on the do-not-call registry
Caller ID shows up: 1-567-246-9922 "Skype" *

* Note: Caller ID numbers/names have been able to be changed -at will- for quite some time. Not only do tele-businesses [usually scams] call from anywhere in the world, but they can easily alter the caller ID to show up as ANYTHING THEY WANT. This is usually accomplished by using "internet-based telephone services" a.k.a. 'VoIP' or, Voice-over Internet Protocol (i.e. 'Skype'-type programs/apps, 'magicJack'-type systems and other commercial, black market &/or self-rigged devices and hacked software) DO NOT TRUST CALLER ID! (especially with personal, financial, medical, etc. related information. No matter how convincing/nice they may seem on the phone, do not trust them. Make THEM answer YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS, and if not spot on and completely correct, hang up the phone. Usually, it is simply best to hang up right away, and if you feel the call might have some validity, call your local utility/bank/charity/etc. and find out FROM THEM if they really just called you. Valid organizations will never call their customers out-of-the-blue and ask them their account/social security/etc. numbers; they already have that information) Many phone scams are abusing peoples' trust in "local" phone numbers. (i.e. for local banks, utility companies, charities and any other possible scam the criminal mind might conjure up) With VoIP technology, there?s essentially NO SUCH THING AS 'LOCAL' PHONE CALLS ANYMORE. Please be on guard and PLEASE inform all the senior citizens that you speak with.

It is a telemarketing call.HOW do they get cell phone numbers and how do we stop them????????????

It's a Skype number.  It is most likely a telemarketer or wrong number since most people on my Skype just call me through my Skype and not my home phone number.  I didn't bother to answer since I didn't know who it was...it just said Skype on the caller ID, and I only use my Skype for business use and since my home number is not included in my Skype profile it is obviously just some telemarketing company that got a hold of my home number.

No message was left.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  Please stop these calls.

I've gotten this call several times in the last two weeks; it always comes up on caller ID as "Skype" and then the phone number.  I called it back today and got a recording that it's some legal service that is trying to drum up personal injury cases.  You can have your number removed from their database - hopefully it works.

I rec'd a call from this number 7-12-12 and no message, I answered cell and no one answered

got this call didn't answer. if posting is correct, I'm not to get this kind of calls, I'm on that system to stop calls like this

Got a call, heard a beep then they just sat on the line. Hung up at the fear of being recorded for some reason.

Just got a call from this number, came up on caller ID as Skype, which seemed really strange to me!  They asked if anyone in the home had recently been hurt in ANY type of accident!

Got a call on 7/2.  Did not answer and no message was left.

Got a call on June 27.  No message left.

Called June 12, no message

Someone called me from this number, said my name and then asked to speak to someone else. They then hung without identifying themselves.

Got a call May 31st answered it and they hung up...

I got a call on May 29 with no message

Got a call on May 23rd with no message.
