Yo vendía unos muebles en la página web de segunda mano y recibí un SMS con un español mal escrito en la que me decía que me compraba los muebles y que contactara con el en el correo gdelchez@gmail.com.

Ya me mosqueo eso del SMS mal escrito y con una dirección de correo española y el nombre del SMS Scottedward.

Gracias por compartir estas experiencias y así evitar ser estafados y que nos quiten los pocos ahorros que tenemos después de trabajar de sol a sol¡¡

I got an sms from the same number and when I reaplied I got almost exactly the same e-mail as you, only with a different item, mine is a piano, and I live in Spain. I see no reason why someone would go through the trouble of buying a piano from Spain and then take it to London. This is certainly a scam and I won´t go thorough with it.

by the way the e-mail of the guy was gdelchez@gmail.com and he said his name is Gary Medel Sanchez.

I got an sms from this number 567-316-2030 because of an ad of a piano I have. When I replied vie e-mail I got an answer which I realized someone else in the internet had copied and pasted and it is almost exactly as the one I got, only the item of interest was different. I did not go further since it´s pretty clear to me this is a scam. Here is the e-mail I got:

Which means "I would like to buy your sofa email me...."

When I wrote to that mail I got this:
