called and no one on line....it was almost 9pm!!!

I also get these calls repeatedly from different numbers all day long. I don't answer them. I have to keep my phone on silent and I too miss important calls because of it. The last time I answered one, I informed the little lady that she deserved better than this and to run as fast as she could, get a new job. I would not want to work for a company that harasses folks all day long. Even if you speak to them, you will get another call that very same day. There should be a law against this. I told one lady if they didn't stop calling, I would shut my phone off. I agree, You reap what you sow.

I do not have a t-mobile account. They are calling me so much. I have a new baby. I have to keep my phone on silent all the time because of all the calls and i end up missing very important personal calls because of this. What a NIGHTMARE!

this phone number used to belong to someone horrible. I am going to see about getting another one. I would like to receive my ACTUAL collection calls. I do owe money, but not to this agency. If someone says, listen I understand and respect your job, i used to do it. The mark you are looking for is not here. You will not be successful calling this number for that mark. I have this number now and just go t it. I also have a new baby so please stop.
but they are too lazy to actually remove the dead end number. It is easier for them to just move on to the next person on the line rather than take 10 seconds to wrap the dead end up. They do not care about the other humans in their world. Just about the paycheck they are working towards and how big they can make it. I know I was there. I quit because of the person I was becoming.
Run for your souls debt collectors!  There are other companies to work for that will give you the resources and structure you need to be successful  without ruining peoples lives!

Yah, They call from fla, ny, and now pa. nobody here that they want, someone apparently used MY number for their loan contact now I am stuck with it. Forget giving the f**s rights, they ought to pass a law about this!!

Been getting calls also, but no message left. I do not answer unknown calls.

Have received calls from this number, but do not know who it is.

Caller gave a 'particular female' name...I advised her "I don't know' anyone with that name"...she then said 'you don't know her?..I responded again "I do not know anyone with that name" and hung up.

Caller did not leave a message.

This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is ?I?m calling in regards to a personal business matter.? Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.
