I have metro PCS, I wonder if this only happens with metro, I get a lot of weird calls. These people have started calling me too. Funny how they started doing this in April and May.

I get daily phone calls from this number but no messages left. How can I block them from a cell phone?

I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. A message was left. It was a girl, said she was from Educational Services. She was asking for someone by the name of Bianca. Because I understand the tactics of collectors and telemarketers, I did not call back to tell them I was not Bianca. Who knows, maybe they wanted to talk to me. I will never know. I do not want to know. I do not care to know. I am better off not knowing, not caring, and not returning their call.

First time for this number to call.  The only thing that caller ID showed was the number.  I didn't answer and no message was left.  

These people call me all the time! Starting at 8 am until 8:59 pm. I never answer #'s I don't recognize,  so thank you for your answers. F***ing People!

Receive at least 4 calls each day about Student Loan payments even though I'm all paid up.

Just got a call from this person as well, I missed the call - but he didn't leave a message. However I too have been getting harassed by Sallie Mae for someone elses debt - for 2 years I been getting calls for this person on and off.. Very annoying.

Don't know who this is.   I called the # back and got a recording that the # was disconnected or no longer in service.   Weird

This number has called me multipule times claiming to be Sallie Mae. They want me to give them all my information to varify it is me but would not give me any evidence that this was Sallie Mae. Tired of the harrasing calls. I have a deferment plan with Sallie Mae therefore I should not be recieving multiple calls a day about my loans.

 I have received many of these calls and never answered any until today.  They said they were from Sallie Mae calling about a student loan.  I replied with as many profanities as I  could think of.  Hopefully they'll quit calling.  I've learned that someone with the same name as mine has an unpaid debt, but it's not me and I get tired of having to pick up my phone and stop working.

Started getting this number calling me 3 days ago...no one answers the line when i said hello....once they called yesterday 4/14, i had a little fun with them back...starting to get annoying now....

said Sallie Mae to me...weirdly enough I make payments but all is already squared away...why calling me??? I said nothing they left a "msg" with my breathing....not sure what to make of it

Not quite sure why Sallie Mae would hire a someone to make debt collecting calls from their home with a personal phone number when they have call centers. Plus, there is no shred of evidence in that craigslist posting that he owns the Sallie Mae number. They have the same exchange code, whoopty doo. If that were the case, every 570 number that has the 344 exchange code would belong to me.
