I got the same message and I'm already on the do not call list and have been since 2007.  All I knew to do was block the number from my service provider.

I got the same as a text message. A coworker emailed me on Friday saying Cell phone numbers were just released to the public/solicitors. In order to avoid these messages you need to request to be placed on the do not call list. He was told this by a fellow chamber of commerce. When I looked it up this morning, it seemed like false information.
