West Asset Management

this number calls constantly - when answered no one there.

Calls all the time....no answer when I pick up the phone.

DON'T ANSWER.  571-261-0018 never left message.  They answer "West Asset Management". I asked what they do, he replied they are a "Client Services Company" (aka debt collector).

Everyone should call them and not say anything, put them on hold - do this throughout the day -

Called at 8:20 a.m.  Let answering machine pick up but they left no message.  We have no past-due bills and have never had a bill go to a collection agency so no such company has any reason to contact us.  I'll probably just block their number so as not to be harassed.

These guys are a collection company. They have a robo dialer and count on you calling them as it is now on your nickel not theirs. They appear to be cheap and have a cheesy/low end way of passing the irritating cost of collection call back on you.

They call like two, three times a day. When I answer its just nothing....

I get calls from this number constantly, but when I answer there is just dead air. Starting to get very irritating.

Call from this number on business phone today. Caller ID shows call originating from (888) 231-1697.
