They called today at 2:15pm. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. They didn't leave a message.

Just an FYI, the Recovery Center of Northern Virginia is not the company making these calls.  I called the number, and a very nice, and very confused woman was very apologetic, and said she was the only one in the office (a medical office).

I will continue to report the 571 number every time they call.  I don't understand how companies like that stay in business.

Got a call at 3:02 central time today. I didn't answer because I saw it was from Tele Europe 2 - and I knew it had to be some gooberhead telemarketing company or a random dialer testing phone numbers. There has to be something covert of sinister about that company.  Health care ads, phone service solicitations, vacation offers, or people trying to dial into computer networks?  It's a jungle out there.  Not many people think about Googling the phone number so thousands of people are not reporting.

I've been getting these calls on a daily basis at my business. I have repeatedly told them to quit calling and quit harrassing me, but it does no good. I will contact the state of Virginia and file a complaint.

I work for a city government and get this phone call every day.  I hang up on it but finally got curious as to who kept calling and found this site.  Very annoying!

local callers in our area think we are calling them by dialing 570-2836 (Which happens to be one of our brokers phone numbers).  Customers are getting really frustrated and calling this broker telling him not to call them anymore.  When really he is not.  These are calls coming in from 571-283-6404 a company called Tele Europe.

I have been asking to be removed from their call list for well over 9 months.  When I called VA Dept  of Consumer Affairs, I was referred to the Federal Trade Commision at 877-382-4357.  In order for the VA Dept of Comsumer Affairs to investigate them, you must provide them with an address.

I got a call from these people at around 11:30 this morning, I just read a comment that said this  is a recovery center, someone did knock on my door a couple of weeks ago trying to repossess my car so that is possible.....I live in Ohio....

I received at least 4 calls from this number in the last 2 days, every time they hang up within 3 rings no one there.

I got a similar call this morning from the same number!
I'm in the Dallas area.

I just got ANOTHER call from them, hit the #1 to talk to someone requesting for the 7th time to be removed from their calling list and the gentleman (in loose terms) hung up on me.

I've also tried pushing the response number to be automatically removed from the calling list and it doesn't work as well.

I recommend, like I am doing, calling the Attorney General Office for Virginia and report the continued harrassment. That number is 804-786-2071.

Maybe there is strength in numbers.

I get calls from this number almost daily.  The latest recording was for affordable health insurance.

Got a call from this number today at 4:14pm, EST. We get calls from this number almost every single day. I called back and it said, "the party you are trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a message." It's annoying getting frequent calls where as soon as you speak, they hang up on you.

Pretty much the same as all of the above.  Below is the call log for the last couple of months.  Each time I've asked to be removed.

I have been receiving calls at work from this number for months. A little over 30 days ago, I did a search on the net and found out they are Elite Health but the caller ID says Tele Europe(2).. I got their number 888-400-1924. I called 4 times requesting to be removed from the call list because if you listen to the recording it says to press 2 to be removed but they dont... So I got them on the phone and they hang up on you... I have never been removed from the list.. Finally filed a complaint with Missouri Attorney Generals Office. SICK OF THESE CALLS!!! They called 7 times in 1 day!!!

I get these calls about healthcare 2-3 times a day. I cannot get through to them to take me off their call list. I called the Virginia Dept of Consumer Affairs. They have a website for complaints where you can fill out a form and fax it back. It is www.vdacs.virginia.gov. As "Mike in MO" said above, stregth in numbers - fill out the form and fax it to the Virginia Dept of Consumer Affairs. The company on my phone screen is listed as "ASD Rogers" with the phone number (571) 283-6404.

You gotta be a super idiot to even consider talking to these obvious scammers. Why don't you smarten up you stupid imbeciles and ignore these criminal thieves - When you communicate with them, it encourages them to keep scamming. Get it now you naive dopes? ;)
