This number has been calling my cell constantly every day 3 times a day and it is getting very annoying! they do not leave any message and I do not want to call the number back fearing that it may be one of those slam scams!

571-431-1969 called me this morning. The time was 3:30 in the morning. They did not leave a message. I have no idea what they wanted. If you call me, at least leave a message. Very annoying!!!!!!!

Call them back. I called them after they called my cell phone and left no message. They are IC Systems and they were trying to contact someone else. they have now removed my cell*

IC Systems, fake Virginia alternative number - retrieved number through *69.
IC Systems corporate headquarters is in Minnesota, and the main/calling center offices are in Fargo North Dakota, with a call center also in St. Paul MN.
