This number calls constantly.  If I'm home, I don't bother to answer.  No message is ever left and the name "Virginia" appears on the caller ID.

Received a call from 571-963-3213 claiming they have and "urgent" message from Medicare.  The message is not from Medicare but from a telemarketer.  When you press 2 to opt out you are sent to an agent who tries to sell you their product.   When you tell them you are not Medicare they hang up rather rudely.

Caller Id said that the caller listing was Name Unavailable. Called them back & received a recording saying the number I dialed was not in service. Well, that's the number they called me from. I, too, am on the nocall list, but these people use every trick in the book to cover up those annoying calls. From now on, I will pick up my phone & hit my 'talk" buttom & quickly hit the "off" buttom. Maybe they will get the message.

Got this call at 9:15, 4/27/12.  They knew my name, phone #, and that I was on Medicare.  When I asked
where they got my Medicare info, they hung up.  when i called back I got a message from Verizon that the call didn't go through.  I am going to call Medicare.

Doesn't it cost these cruds money to make these calls?  When I get the calls I just hold the receiver off the hook until they hang up.

This number called my bosses wife today. She is a 78 year old woman. They asked if she wanted the talking glucose meter and she said yes. They then transeferred her and got her husband's social security number and doctor's information. I told her when I found out to NEVER give out your social security number over the phone. I'm going to make a police report and then we'll have to wait and see what they do with the information that she was naive enough to give them.

Of COURSE these are calls from low lifes! Why are you surprised?  Why do you answer the phone?  Until the FCC does something EFFECTIVE to stop these home invasions, they will continue.  Don't answer the phone.  Block the number.  But don't TALK to these dirtbags; that's what they want!

I just got a call from 571 963 3213. Phone rang 3 x no answer. Forget the Do Not Call register. It doesn't work. I signed up years ago then re registered and I still get solicitation calls. Its a joke because the never authorities never follow up or track these Bozos down. It just pacifies people into thinking if they register they won't get these harrasing calls. What a joke.

Got a call from this number and press 2 to be removed from the list. I was transferred to an operator who said "Hello" then hung up when I said I wanted my number removed from the list. He said nothing but the word hello.

I get daily calls from this number! Please make them stop, I've asked them to not call again, and every day they call.

These calls are getting ridiculous. Have complained to my state's attorney general many times! All are numbers that can't be traced. "Virginia" shows up on caller ID.

Yes, scum, hustlers, and no-message-leavers. Just add them to your call rejection list. You can also pick-up and make unpleasant sounds when they answer or go along with the call chew their time up and BS "em a rope. You can have fun these creeps.

This person calls non stop through out the day and doesn't leave a message. Absolutely pathetic in every way these people.

Do not call my # again

Same as above.  Received a call at 9:47am today.  Rings three times.  Leaves no message.  I don't take any calls from unknowns, including just a state name.  Since it doesn't say "anonymous" the block anonymous calls feature doesn't work.

Received a call from this number this morning at about 10:00 am.  It rang three times then stopped before my answering machine would have answered.  Caller ID said "Virginia".

Phone rang at 10:35 on 4/23/2012, I don't answer incoming calls from numbers I don't recognize. They left no message. I am on the "The Do Not Call" list but it doesn't seem to matter because several calls come in from unknown numbers.

My 90 year-old mother got the exact same call a couple days ago, offering a diabetes blood-sugar meter.  When she said she was interested, they transfered her to a second number.  When I got suspicious as they were asking for more info such as her birthdate and insurance-card number, I got on the line.  As below, the woman then apologized and said they could only take orders from direct calls, and not transferred ones.  

It made me wonder what kind of scam this could be?  For instance, could the first person still be listening on the line and then get my mother's birth date, social security info, insurance info, etc.?  Then what?  Identity theft?  Social security fraud? Ordering expensive mobility chairs to resell?

Someone needs to investigate!!

I get calls from this number CONSTANTLY.  It doesn't matter if it's early in the morning or at night.
My husband has recently passed away and these call really upset me.  PLEASE PLEASE help to get this stopped.

Like "unavailable", state name IDs are not informative or helpful. I don't respont to "Virgina, Minnesota, Oklahoma or any other ID with misinformation.

Called at 10:05 this morning. I didn't answer; they left no message. CID said "Virginia Call."

received a call from this number.  Man said his name was Adam.Offered me a no cost product that would be covered through Medicare.  I accepted and he connected me to another number.  The person who answered the second number   asked about my insurance.  When I mentioned that my secondary insurance was a HMO not PPO she started apologizing and informing me that they can't help me.--that they are to receive the call directly from me and not transferred over. She said her company's name was  H Pass Agency.  It doesn't exist.  When I tried to call the first number back it could not be connected.  When I called the phone company--Verizon--they couldn't help.  The man told me that they aren't police.  I said that is the reason people can get away with this

Called today - no one there when the  phone was answered - called the number back and got a rapid busy signal...probably programmed calls selling.
