texted me with hola and my name. who doses that?

I got the same notice from this number and never got a reply back, if this is a scam or spam or whatever, how can report it?

Receive a text from this number. Text says: Hola and my name. then it said "Haha if u want to know who this is u got to addd me on Yahoo msger, my id is txtgirl86". I told the person, I don't know what yahoo msger is. This person never replied back.
