NOTHING TO DO WITH LEGITIMATE VA LOAN

This number is calling my cell phone all the time!

They are a loan company that happens to do some VA loans. If you look them up they have 26 complaints since they have opened in 2006. Most of the complaints are from people saying they did a pre-approval with the VA and then finding out there was no pre-approval with the VA. We are looking at houses, and after looking up that, we will not be using them.

Veterans United not to be confused with the VA. They are a morgage co.

It is Veterans United Mortgage, a trusted company.  They do VA loans

My mom is 86 years old and I live with her to help her out. She started getting calls from this place, as soon as they ask for Mr or Mrs XXX, I hang up I know it is a solicitor, because Mr XXX died 20 years ago. So, they called back, as soon as they asked again to speak to her, I said no and don't call back, and hung up. They called again, I picked it up and hung up. They called again, 14 times so far, in a row. The last time I said what do you people want, the man said they had a "check" for my mother. I said no you don't if you had a check for her you would just mail it or direct deposit it in her bank. I hung up again, they called back again!!! I picked it up hung it up, and now the phone is off the hook. My mom just got out of the hospital for knee replacement surgery, she didn't call anyone to inquire about anything. We are on the state's do not call list, this place is not a charity, how can they get away with calling her, especially this many times, after this amount, would that not be considered harassment?

VA Mortgage Center.com also has toll free number: 1-800-405-6682.  573-876-2600 is the local number in Columbia, MO.

They are a VA mortgage lender that I work with as a Real Estate agent. It is not a scam

You know True a morgage co  WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE . And should be sent to some classes about how to talk to people,Not tell them what you the coustomer should do,   BEWARE

They suck!  They are ascam!

I received 2 calls from this number in the last few days...I had no idea who it was because they did not leave a message....I did inquire into a refinance through the Veterans admin, so this must be a follow-up...I did receive an email message from them...

The number is registered with the better business bureau as a legitimate number for the VA mortgage center. It?s probably a hub number, for example when any member at the location makes an outgoing call it will always show this number, but to reach someone at the location you will need their specific extension.

I was looking for info on a second va loan and got an unlisted call back from these people and when I googled the phone number I found out that they are just a loan company.

We just received a called from this number as "Unknown Name" I normally do not answer unknown Callers, unlisted or any privacy calls, but these people claims they were from VA and that's make no sense to make themselves Unknown. Any one out there that has received any info, let me know. Thanks
